Hotel berhampiran Tasos park, Larnaca

I got the chance to stay at this hotel because of my cousin, who recommended it to me. He mentioned that if I wanted a hotel with an indoor pool, this was the best choice, as it's a quiet place with no noise disturbances. The best thing he told me was that there's a kids' pool as well, which is really good for my children—they loved it. Everything was perfect: the decorations, the food, the rooms—all were very impressive. The hotel also has very good parking space. We went to the nearest beach, which was just a 5-6 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to enjoy a pool with sunshine in an amazing environment. I really appreciate everything.

Hotel yang bagus di tepi laut. Tidak semua bilik mempunyai balkoni, peti sejuk, pengering rambut, cerek. Hotel masih belum usang. Segar dan menyenangkan. Ia sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas 425 dari Lapangan Terbang Larnaca. Harga perjalanan ini ialah 1.50 Euro. Sebaik-baiknya ada bilik dengan pemandangan laut, kerana sebaliknya, semua bilik menghadap ke jalan raya. Kelemahan: Terdapat sebuah bilik tepat di atas restoran. Kami tahu bahawa kerana ini, dapur membuka tingkap semasa memasak. Oleh itu, bilik berbau dan tidak berbau, iaitu dapur berbau. Sangat sukar untuk menutup pintu balkoni, jika tidak bau dapur di dalam bilik akan meningkat. Minta bilik sejauh mungkin dari dapur. Kami sudah usang-pada bulan Mac (2020). Mereka makan sarapan pagi dan makan malam. Sarapan adalah baik, tetapi makan malam adalah a la carte, anda perlu memilih hidangan dari menu. Ini terutamanya makanan segera. Mungkin makan malam dan sarapan bermusim juga bufet. Saya tidak tahu jawatan itu.

Nice hotel. Welcoming reception, clean and well-maintained infrastructure, impeccable room, super-comfortable bed. Internet ultra fast. Only detail, no swimming pool or spa as work is underway (but this is temporary). I really recommend

Номер большой, с маленькой кухней-гостиной и небольшим балконом, который смотрит прямо в окна соседнего отеля. Удобный матрас. Есть всё необходимое

A charming and elegant hotel that feels like a haven of tranquility nestled amidst the vibrant heart of Larnaca. The stylish retreat seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of Cypriot flair. The room exuded sophistication and comfort and came with plush bedding, luxurious bathrooms, and nice views of the city from the private balcony. We loved the Lounge access (as we stayed in an EXECUTIVE room) that treated us to snacks and beverages throughout the day. LOCATION: located in the heart of the city center and walkable from all key attractions & points of interest DINE + DRINK: The hotel’s signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine and functions as the breakfast place too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout. They also have a rooftop swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home, and well taken care of. I had some problems with my flight and i reach the hotel very late. I was surprised that Livadhiotis hotel charged only one night instead of two. And to be honest, all my previous bookings were charged even before my stay but this is the first time the amount was withdrawed during my stay! I felt very appreciated as a human! Livadhiotis hotel is a very respectful hotel: the staff are very helpful and professional. The room and the WC are so clean, the bed is confortable and the air conditioner is smart! The breakfast is perfect! You can find hot drinks and many kinds of juices, croissants, different kinds of cheese, ham, bread, jam, vegetables and fruits. You can also have an english breakfast: eggs, bacon, hot dogs... The hotel location is excellent! Near to the beach and a few steps from Lazarus church! Briefly, it is the best place to stay!

Room spacious and clean. Had ground floor room so imagine other ones are even better. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller. 5 minutes walk at most to Lazarus so brilliant location.

I was very pleased with staying there. I can't say one bad word about about the hotel. Very nice staff, nice place, beautiful swimming pool, good prices at the bar for refreshment, cozy outside area for eating. If somebody like me, likes cats, that would be perfect hotel for them as there are locally cared street cats close by in a green area, which keeps rats and bugs away.

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.
