Hotel dengan WiFi di Las Condes

This is perhaps the hardest review to write. It started with an excellent, premium location, a warm welcome from reception staff and quick, efficient check-in process. However the facility looked like it in need for renovation. My room, which was listed as premium club room, looked underwhelming for what I was used of an Intercontinental establishment. The window was small and looked like it was not cleaned (on the outside) for a long time. The first impression of the room is more like in a 3-star hotel. Being said, the room and bathroom were clean and fairly well kept. The club lounge was nice with decent refreshments throughout the day. Here is the deal, pricing of the hotel was significantly lower than other 5-star hotels in the area, and was on par with the Holiday Inn Express next door, at least during the time of my stay. This means you would pay a good price for a somewhat old hotel, but then receive 5-star service. That is a very good deal in my opinion.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

This hotel stay was arranged by Silversea following a cruise from Guayaquil to Valparaiso, with return flights from Santiago. Our room was comfortable; food, wines and service in the restaurant were generally excellent. We had a late-evening flight out of Santiago, so the hotel folks graciously let us stay in our room until 3:00 p.m. If back in Santiago, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

挺好的酒店，已經多次入住了。 位置環境都很好，比較適合商務和旅行。 每次都是在攜程訂的，每次還要點評麼？

整體可以接受，價格相對不高，申請停車位停車位費了點周折，預留電話打不通。最後還是攜程客服幫忙解決，攜程客服還是很給力的。
