Nice and cosy hotel with a great location. Rooftop view is impressive! Hotel staff is very attentive. And just 5 minutes from the beach! Las Palmas is a cool city!

Great choice for solo travelers amazing breakfast kind and friendly staff they speak very well English and are very kind to answer questions cleaning is amazing they need a rise for that job! I will definitely chose again The only thing could be improved was noice cancelling in the rooms coming from traffic outside and then having a bath rope also was missing

Very good location, close to Las Canteras beach, shops and restaurants, market, local bus stops. Nice rooftop terrace with sunbeds, little pool and beautiful views of port. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The hotel is clean and modern also the room is clean and modern. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. The wifi works well. The hotel is located on a busy road which is very noisy even in the evening and at night. Even with the window closed you can still hear the traffic. Breakfast is far too expensive at €11 (or a reduced €9 if you book it for the whole week), especially by local standards. On the beach you can get a cappuccino with a pastry or sandwich for less than €4! The staff is very nice and helpful

This hotel is just perfect. From the loveliest helpful staff, from reception to breakfast staff, very clean and new. In perfect location, 5 mins from beach and all bus routes and bars and resturants. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful, one of the best we've had in hotel. Loved views from roof top pool, bar not open up there but saved us a fortune as bought own in supermarket and fridge in room.Rooms small but adequate. I thought it was really good value for money. Thankyou to everyone, left only this morning after perfect 5 might stay

This is a good standard 3 star hotel. The decor is modern with Floor to ceiling glass in the room creating good natural light. The bed was very comfortable whilst the washing facilities whist a little quirky were adequate. The shower was excellent with good power and sufficient space. The room has a kettle and tea/sugar is provided. There's also a coffee maker although strangely no coffee is provided so unless you are prepared to walk to a supermarket that sells the pod's, it's pretty much a waste of space. The room has a mini bar fridge, stocked with a few refreshments which are chargeable. There is a small desk with 1 chair in the room. Paper cups are provided for drinks although we had to make 2 cups last a week as they were not replenished which I thought was poor. The roof top has a small spa pool which is cold but is a nice place to relax although there's only a small number of sunbeds due to the limited space. The bar on the roof only opened Fri to Sunday. I found the location fantastic for restaurants, supermarkets and las canteras beach, although It can be a little noisy from 5.30 in the morning due to traffic around the port area. Overall my stay left me feeling positive towards the hotel with only fine detail needing to be addressed such as the paper cups and coffee machine. I would definitely stay again as the hotel met the majority of my needs and the great staff made me feel welcome. Excellent value for money.

Oddly, the hotel has asked me to review themselves through a site called Trustyou but the link does not work on either the iPhone or various different browsers on my computer, all very strange but probably reflects our stay. All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful which is always a good thing. The breakfast was good in the main though the fruit that was served seemed a bit bland, more so as we are on a Spanish island and they should have the best fruit. Not sure what was happening there. Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach so really conveniently located. Bed was was very comfortable. However, the room looks stylish but actually the design left something to be desired. Although not actually open, the toilet has glass walls and door with a pattern. It just felt like it was in the room rather than separate, suppose it depends on what your views are about privacy when going to the toilet, we were not keen. Room terrace was great, though never used it that much. it was supposed to have a bar but only once was it open when I was on the terrace. Which was slightly odd as it was quite crowded and most of the space was occupied. No where to get a drink in the hotel during the day! Biggest issue, which directly is not the hotels fault but there was no warning was the carnival. Not every night but enough to ruin the holiday it went on to 5am plus the fun fair going on late as well. There is a sign on reception telling guests about it but by then you are there. If you are warned before hand you could make an informed choice as to stay there or not. But they wouldn't do that as they would lose revenue. Frustrating thing was we walked past other hotels I had considered which were far enough away not to be disturbed.
