Good place for family staycation! The pool and playground is amazing! The staffs are friendly and approachable. Though it’s a little bit pricey to avail the playground for kids. Overall, the kids were so happy and they had a great time.

Never again! Before you check-in make sure to take picture of the towels and carpet cause they will charge you for the missing towels even though we left the room na wala kameng dinala kahit ano sa mga towels nila and they charged us also for the stain of the carpet sa ilalim ng bed kahit hnd naman kame kumaen sa area na un. Yung mga negligence ng mga attendant nila sayo nila papabayaran. The picture attached yan yung carpet na pina charge samen ng 2k plus kahit wala naman na ang stain na hnd kme ang gumawa sa ilalim ng bed. Never again! Scam!!!!!!

My daughter had a great time with the courtyard amenities. She got to explore all the rides in a wide open area. We’ll definitely go back just to relax and have a dip in the pool as well. Thank you!

- Family friendly hotel near SM Southmall - Breakfast buffet is ok but not a lot of variety - Big 5ft Pool and Kid Pool but pool changing/shower room is not that clean - Has a cafe and restaurant - Has gym, spa, and children playground - Room is nice decorated with big windows

The pool is big but unsafe.. the filter/suction pool are dangerous because it was open and unnoticed, my shorts and legs got ****** out and it hurts. It is dangerous especially for the kids.

I have a good and relax stay here by Exelsior Hotel, the people here are very accomodating and friendly and always polite and helpful....and the room and bed are always clean thanks to the house keeping they do so good....thanks that i choose this hotel its was really a very very good experience and a good choice.

Room is medium size with complete essentials like mini refrigerator, and kettle. Amenities are very nice especially the swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast is good. Service is excellent as well.

The first time i went to this hotel impressed ako agad. Kaya sabi ko mag book ako dito next tjme. The rooms are spacious and super nice ng amenities. Kids friendly talaga. Super nag enjoy kami ng friends and kids. Will def book again kahit super lapit lang namin dito 😅
