The furnitures have lots of corners, not so safe for kids. Also, the reception area is on the second floor, beside the stairs, kids might run and fall accidentally. This is dangerous. The parking area is on another building and there is no pathway to the hotel, nobody even warned us about it, we should have dropped our baby to the lobby first. Imagine we had our stroller and luggages from the 2nd level parking area plus it is hot outside. I used my credit card for the deposit, it 's been more than 2 weeks now, still wasn't returned. The playground is not even complimentary for guests who booked thru apps. I expected a lot since it was more expensive than Acacia Hotel which is a 5-star hotel. Not coming back.

It was a little bit crowded on check in time. But it is systematic and explained well. I’ve seen little cockroach in the curtain area. A little bit gloomy feeling in the room however it is very spacious. We love the pool. And you can hear kiddies voices in the hallway and running around footsteps from above the room which is a little annoying.

Family, and kids friendly, and very friendly and accommodating staff, super recommended 5⭐️

Appreciated the birthday cake they have given for my son. We have been notified before booking that there is an extra fee for exploration packages but it could have been better if the access to play grounds and play areas are all inclusive to room bookings. You can just skip breakfast, it is not worth waking up for. Swimming pool is nice and kid-friendly yet not heated. Internet access was poor, it logged out after a few hours of use, internet can't be accessed in the bathroom. Extra amenities are chargeable. Water is limited to 2 small water bottles, asking for additional water are chargeable. The gym is very hot, they didn't turn on the AC. We went there on a weekdays, and there were limited services and staff. I am not sure if it is the same on weekends. Not worth the hype.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was a breeze, and the rooms are spacious. Great location, as SM Southmall is a 3-minute walk away. The Filipino breakfast was decent

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. When we checked in, the room was noticeably dirty—we had to call housekeeping three times just to have the floor cleaned and an air freshener sprayed. On top of that, the refrigerator was messy and required another call to be cleaned. We also asked if it was possible to change rooms, and while they said they would check, we never received any follow-up or update. Poor service and cleanliness overall—not the experience we expected.

This is the worst ever hotel I ever stay! The worst! Could you imagine that when I was trying to walk off from the building upon check out I was asked and stopped rudely by the door guard that I shall not to leave the building unless I have to attend to the checkout counter ? In This modern today most of the check out are “quick check out” by dropping the card in a check out key box or leave the key card in the room, simply make a intercom call to the front desk that is it! Nothing more than this! The experience I had with this hotel is stunning and unbelievable!

Good place for family staycation! The pool and playground is amazing! The staffs are friendly and approachable. Though it’s a little bit pricey to avail the playground for kids. Overall, the kids were so happy and they had a great time.

Never again! Before you check-in make sure to take picture of the towels and carpet cause they will charge you for the missing towels even though we left the room na wala kameng dinala kahit ano sa mga towels nila and they charged us also for the stain of the carpet sa ilalim ng bed kahit hnd naman kame kumaen sa area na un. Yung mga negligence ng mga attendant nila sayo nila papabayaran. The picture attached yan yung carpet na pina charge samen ng 2k plus kahit wala naman na ang stain na hnd kme ang gumawa sa ilalim ng bed. Never again! Scam!!!!!!

My daughter had a great time with the courtyard amenities. She got to explore all the rides in a wide open area. We’ll definitely go back just to relax and have a dip in the pool as well. Thank you!

- Family friendly hotel near SM Southmall - Breakfast buffet is ok but not a lot of variety - Big 5ft Pool and Kid Pool but pool changing/shower room is not that clean - Has a cafe and restaurant - Has gym, spa, and children playground - Room is nice decorated with big windows

We call this ‘our home’ far from home. We enjoyed again the hotel and our stay. Good place, especially if you have appointments in Las Pinas or Alabang. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t that much supportive for a late check out, because of a public holiday.
