For the location and the dated, basic room an no refreshment other than a vending machine, 120 euros for a three bed room seems high. Parking is ok, Secure and Underground. For being what it looks like a business center, the wifi was very bad."bathrooms are ok with very good hot water.

The room when we checked in was very clean and tidy. However when we asked for extra pillows, they gave us torn pillows without any covers.. and we used them without covers for the rest of the stay- housekeeping did not bother to put covers on the pillow even though they were torn. The tissue box did not get refilled and there was just one tissue box in the room.

Arriving close to midnight there is one thing you expect from a hotel - a good night sleep. This is what I exactly did not get. But, I am maybe the wrong kind of guest. The hotel is perfect, I am sure, if the best you know is to count cars. This is however not my hobby. Getting a room approx 10m from a great highway towards Madrid is bad, when the room in addition does not have sound proof windows, it seems like trucks are going through the room every 30 sek. throughout the night. I can really not imagine why they give such a room to anyone - well besides those who wants to count cars. The only thing I can imagine I did wrong (to deserve this punishment) was booking through a provider (not directly) meaning as a guest, I am not important to the hotel.

This place are not 4 star. 2-3 the moust. service are noon. Rooms are small. Resturant are not open, the bar is not open! When you ask fore something, then its not there business, and The Hotel, are in middle of nothing. Only good thing to say, the breakfeast are ok. If you are not in your own car, then stay away! Nothing around......

After arriving really late (midnight) i received my room and found out it was with an incredible awful smell of tobacco... Asked front desk (Diego) if it was possible to do a change and He was fast to help and change my room to another one. The one He gave me had 2 beds instead of one but He let me know in the morning his colleague (Juan) will help me change to a one bed room. Next morning I went front desk and Juan let me know He already had been told by Diego and just to please wait until midday for a good room to change my belongings. I had a great breakfast - they do have a really good variety of bread, ham and cheese yumme! - and when finish wait little time before Juan came and gave me my new room that for my surprise was a bigger suite, I went to the front desk to check if it was a mistake, but Juan assure me it was an complimentary upgrade for all that had happened at my arrival. I was so grateful for this and did not want to wait to do this review for anyone to know of this hidden gem at Madrid Spain. Worthy of 5 stars not only for the rooms but especially for the people working in this hotel that do honors to the hospitality industry. My congratulations to the management team of this hotel for choosing great people to be at the front desk like Diego and Juan.

I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that"this is the other rooms key" . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , "You have to wait before these customers". She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result "She hit the wrong stone !

Stayed for 5 days in what i thought i would be a suitable hotel. Since arrival experienced issued with Wifi which make it extremely hard to work. Report the issue several times but staff didn´t seem to bother, on the 3rd day they offer me another room saying in that area it would be better, for my surprise the room they put me in was adapted for a disable person and to make it worst room next door extremely noisy and only stopped at 0:30. Only positive thing was the breakfast staff, they were friendly. Will never go back to this hotel and will not recommend, very poor for a 4 stars hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights in June-21 The hotel is kind of situated in the middle of nowhere, and the proximity to any resrtaurants or for example are limited. Although the rroms are cool with great AC, and the hotels own restaurant serves ok food. As its close to commuter trains going to central Madrid is pretty easy, and the taxis arent that expensive. Would defintly stay here again and its really recommended for those travelling in buissnes and have meeting in the Las Rozas are.
