Excellent service, very nice room and free coffee and tea. Very good selection of food for breakfast

Overall, it is a no frill stay. Found stains on the bedsheet and bed side.

Very reasonable price, big room, new and clean with sun coming in.

Good for business trips

Everything was incredible. Down to the smallest detail… The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo/gel, which didn't lather at all! Everything else was 10 points.

Excellent establishment in relation to price/quality. Spacious and comfortable rooms with cleaning service of 10. If we have to put a but, it is the amenities that the hotel makes available, they are scarce. I recommend Hotel B&B.

The bed is very comfortable, everything is very clean, good treatment from the staff, free Wifi and the good thing about having a free coffee corner 24 hours a day. Although it is not so easy to get there by public transport, it is worth it, due to its proximity, among others, to a very large Supercor which you can buy several things and if you come by car it is much more comfortable due to its proximity to the A6 and Las Rozas. Village, The Style Outlets, etc. Something that could be improved, I think, is the soundproofing since there is some noise from the rooms and hallways, but it is not excessive noise that you cannot rest with.

We have been staying at this hotel every time we go to Madrid to shop. But now things have changed, there must have been a change of direction. We always took the girl, and they never charged us anything, since she always sleeps with us, but now from calling us out on arrival for having booked on trip instead of with them, to making us pay for the girl's breakfast separately ( and we told him that the girl brought her breakfast, we only need milk) and we paid for it, but it seems to me to be a brutal lack of inconsideration. On the other hand, except for a boy we knew from other times, the rest of the staff that we had...we understand that induced by the new rules, a fatal, inconsiderate treatment and without even looking at your face. In fact, I went to ask the reception if they had the instructions to connect the Chromecast in the rooms, or if they knew how and they said "I have no idea" try with the bluetooth...come on, I didn't even know what I was talking to him. Unfortunately we won't be back

The building was left without electricity for more than 12 hours, I could not work or use the bathroom, with the impossibility of lack of visibility and hot water. I tried to talk to the hotel management and they took no responsibility for anything. The solution to the problem is horrible and it is something that usually happens since the generator is in the basement and floods.

The hotel staff and facilities are very good. Everything in general perfect. We liked a lot. They have to control the bathrooms a little more as the toilet was dirty. The rest very very well.
