Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will surely do so again if ever in the area in the future. Really would like to rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars, but I find myself having to give it a 4-star rating. What I found surprising and disappointing was that the courtesy coffee located in dining area was never fresh during the afternoon and evening hours....it was always old and cold. This is something I never experienced at many other Holiday Inn Express over the past 15 years throughout the country.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson South - Boulder City, an IHG Hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short drive from Hoover Dam and the exit to Grand Canyon West. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the free breakfast buffet, which had a variety of items to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My work had booked this place for the Consumer Electronics Show because the main ***** hotels all had jacked up, price gouging prices that wouldn’t have passed business restrictions. I was pleased with this place however. Check in was fast and the front desk people were very nice. The place felt overall clean. The elevator was a tad rickety but was fine as I went to and fro on the third floor. The room itself was really nice. Comfortable beds. The only issue I had were with the sink and tub. Both were clogged and very slow to drain. Showers ended up with 3-4in of standing water. I didn’t want to let maintenance know as I didn’t want anyone in the room while I was gone all day, so maybe they could’ve fixed it fast but I didn’t let them know. The awesome thing was their free breakfast. Saved me quite a bit of money - just wish the pancake maker worked more than the first day I was there. All in all a good place - would stay again.

The staff (Ruthy) and Manager (Reyna) were so helpful. Ruthy greets you with the biggest smile when you arrive. We were there for four days for a soccer tournament.Breakfast was great. The servers were friendly and very respectful. The room was cleaned and nice. We had two queen size beds.

Hotel is perfect for faimly travel if you do not want a ******. Breakfast perfect and plenty for all. Car park outside of Hotel is great as it is in open air so easy walk to Hotel, not in an underground car park. Staff very helpful. would I stay again... of course
