Ulasan Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort, an IHG Hotel

the hotel asked for $90++ per day for housekeeping. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the reservation that housekeeping is charged extra and I wasn’t informed of this while checking in.

Its was close to venetian expo

Having return from my beautiful experience prior this time was not the same. Done what I've never done before stopped at Walmart and got some groceries to make some breakfast turned on the oven placed the beacon started to make the eggs and a bunch of roaches processed to come out from all over. Completely disgusted stopped called front desk they said someone will be out shortly. Called back after sitting patiently for about an hour called back the younglady had someone out. He sprayed some stuff and said onec we some back they should be laid out dead. For who to clean up had to call for towels no room service. Pool was dirty the only one they keep presentable is the one in the front w the waterfall for appearance. Not what I had experienced in my prior visits. Explained the inconvenience at check out due to the roach infestation and she was completely dismissive I never leave reviews but this experience was disappointing

酒店就在大圓球旁邊 鬧中取靜。隊友退房時不小心把錢包落在酒店保險櫃了，聯繫酒店安保後第二天就給了回覆，錢財完璧歸趙。謝謝！

位置非常便利，不用出酒店就可以看到球型電影院，房間有爐具和廚房用品，可以在房中煮食，但是設施有些偏舊了。

非常滿意，出差期間去超市買些食物自己做美食，方便！有洗衣機、烘乾機，方便！交通方便、服務超級友好！！推薦！！

Check in time was 4 PM and we were not able to get into our room until 6:30 PM. Well nearly every staff member we encountered was polite when I expressed disappointment to the person who let me know that our room was finally ready. There was not even an apology. There was also a very loud noise in the middle of the night that I assume was from plumbing or a shower in another unit.

Location is perfect. Close the High Roller and SPHERE. But no elevators, we had to stay on 3rd floor with baby and stroller, and it was a torture yo gonup and down for 4 days.

Almost everything is good about this resort. The only thing that i didnt like is that the staff kept openeing or tried to open my room door. It atleast happend twice a day. I nevered requested service and they still kept coming to my room and tried to open door. Ive stayed at this resort atleast 10 times and its the first time it happened to me

Several room amenities did not work. We had no hot water in the 2nd shower which made the 2nd room useless for our family. Dishwasher didn’t work and room smelled a little moldy. We were on the 1st floor and could hear every step on the floor above us. Not to mention the preset room alarm that went off at 6am… plus daily maintenance work of some sort of drilling at 8 am. This was not the vacation I imagined
