Harta yang bagus. Mudah keluar masuk untuk parking dan daftar masuk. Bilik bersaiz bagus. TV yang bagus. Katil yang selesa. Pilihan makanan yang baik di seluruh kawasan. Orang ramai mesra dan tiada siapa yang kurang ajar tentang topeng. Tidak sabar menunggu sisa kedai dan restoran selesai. Banyak kolam untuk duduk dan mempunyai privasi. Akan tinggal lagi. Nilai yang hebat.

To tell you the truth, I’ve had better stays at the Conrad/Hilton resort world. The first few days housekeeping was attentive and cheerful. The rest of the week never saw them, unless I called the front desk. Even when utilized housekeeping never vacuumed the carpet and made the bed even the dirty wet towels were left on the floor as in other hotels to be renewed, which was not done. The ****** was clean for the most part, but the servers on the tables were certainly poor at best. I usually tip extremely well, and only after that did they see the servers more than once. The hotel manager or service manager needs to attend a conference on how a service oriented ****** should be run. I’ve always felt the staff in any business are a reflection of management. Slight Drawback of the hotel is there no there are no coffee makers in the rooms. However, there is a Starbucks, that does take mobile orders 24 hours. There is a wet bar including two bottles of water in each of the rooms in which an unreasonable surcharge, if utilized. Whoever decided the price for anyone of these items should be arrested for price gouging. The snacks are even placed on a scale that times how long you may be looking at the item in order to decide how many calories or what the ingredients are. My visit was in March, so the pool was not overwhelmed, but was very clean. The fitness center was appropriate and had everything most people would look for. The bistro restaurants at the food court were awesome which was a highlight of my trip. There were foods from all over the world, so should not be a problem for everyone to find something to suit their pallet.  Overall for a clean hotel, NA ******, not filled with smoke I would recommend.

We checked in a bit late and Melissa helped with our check in. She was not very friendly. We asked about parking she said it will be automatically activated the day after so we had to use self parking on that day which was a bit away from the hotel. The day after, we asked the concierge and the other staff said the parking access was not activated and gave 2 new room keys with the parking access activated. Which meant, it could have been activated upon check in, when we first got our room key!! It was very frustrating. Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious! We enjoyed our stay :) For those who will bring the car, ask the staff to activate the parking access when you check in!!

Overall a great, clean experience. Charging extra for guest parking is a widely spread scammy practice in Vegas, so I can’t point my finger just at Conrad for this practice. But overall, recommended. Will not disappoint

New hotel, simple but elegant. Hotel is located on the end of the *****, so the view is amazing. Lots of food outlet and a small shopping district.

I requested turn down service and never got it. The housekeeper tidied the room and did not replace the robes or amenities and did not remove trash.

Long waited 30min at the counter with only 1 staff was helping for check in, however overall stay is very satisfied and room is big with cleanliness, lastly the toilet water pressure wasn’t strong enough..

Awesome place, was brand new and very clean, the rooms were very big as well. The receptionist gave great service. The hotel has Starbucks as well and have free water refill. Only thing is that the carpark is very far from the hotel lobby/lifts, so if you can afford you should get luggage service or valet. You also need to pay for parking, $10 per day.

Best of all is to bypass front desk by using Hilton App. Quite outdated that gym isn’t 24hrs.

Though the hotel is clean and new, the services and in room facilities far beyond my expectations! 1. No coffee and tea (Though we paid USD51 (+tax) 2. No electric kettle for boiling water 3. No slippers, no toothbrush no tooth paste Actually, resorts world with 3 hotels link up together, same design, every thing almost the same, I tried Hilton and Conrad but disappointed with their service and poor facilities! Won’t go again!
