I booked a room for a conference that was happening in October 2021. Unfortunately, I ended up with a stomach bug, and the conference coordinator recommended that anyone who was sick to not attend the conference. I complied, and reached out to the hotel to speak with a manager about getting a refund. Hotel staff and assistant manager were the absolute worst ever to deal with. They are rude and unhelpful. They have a no refund policy, which isn't right. Due to the situation we're all in worldwide, they made no concessions in refunding my money. I called 5 days in a row and was told each time the manager would be in the next day. When I was finally sent to his voicemail, I couldn't leave a message because his inbox was full. I tried again in a couple of weeks and was met with rude staff, again. I was finally able to leave a message for the manager and he has yet to return my call four months later. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!!!
