The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the most bustling and upscale commercial district. You'll find everything you expect and even some pleasant surprises. Just be aware, the mini-bar is best left untouched; anything you take is automatically charged and quite expensive. Although toothbrushes and slippers aren't provided in the room, you can call the front desk and they'll send them up – a bit of a hidden perk! You're welcome for the tip.

Check in was quick, same as check out. Simple and easy. Room with the Strip view - both beautiful day and night.

Stayed one night because of it’s proximity to the airport. And we realized how convenient it is when going to the Bruno Mars concert on our way back.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel even provided a complimentary upgrade to a double bed. The service was excellent.

3rd time staying at Park MGM - it has become my go-to hotel to book. The best thing is this is a non-smoking hotel. Front desk was efficient to check-in with room ready at 3pm. I had a $75 food and dining credit that came with my hotel package and we used this at Eataly (charge to room) which was convenient. Pool was nice. Room did not come with free bottled water despite resort fees. Towels were a bit rough and shower head was basic. Overall, a good stay and I like the location. Easy to catch ride-share at designated clearly marked area.

It was a wonderful experience. At check-in, the room cleaning was not yet finished, so I had to wait a little, but everything else was perfect. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the facilities and services are well-equipped, so I highly recommend it.

Hotels in Las Vegas generally offer great value for money. However, the hotel itself can get quite chaotic. With so many casinos, the lobby is constantly packed with people, leading to very long queues, especially for check-in/check-out, typically around noon. On the positive side, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main street, making it easy to go shopping. However, the hotel's overall decor is quite old, and the bedding is rather hard, as is the bed itself. It doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel at all. The room is also incredibly poorly soundproofed! There's a casino right downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a supermarket and a restaurant. Parking is often a big issue in the US, but parking at this hotel is super easy; you just use your room key to access the parking lot daily.

The small round table in the room was very convenient, and the daily replenishment of water was a thoughtful touch. The staff were also very enthusiastic; after a minor issue was resolved, they even proactively offered a $25 discount voucher, which was a lovely gesture. Parking was also very convenient, and the service was attentive.

Park MGM is a stylish, smoke-free hotel on the Vegas Strip with a chill vibe and great dining. Rooms are modern and comfy, and the no-smoking policy is a big win for many guests. You’ll find cool spots like Eataly, On The Record nightclub, and live shows at Dolby Live. It’s perfect if you want a laid-back yet upscale Vegas experience.
