Beautiful property in Summerlin at the base of Red Rock Canyon. Total 5-star hotel with nice restaurants and an ample food court. Big beautiful pool as well. Oh, and a 15 screen movie theater and a bowling alley. A great destination for a high-end, mellow Vegas trip. All the employees are nice and helpful.

Great hotel and ****** west side of city close to RR canyon. I wish there was coffee makers in each room but there is not. Several coffee shops and restaurants at the resort.

No coffee maker in the room? Room was great, but no coffee maker is not right in my opinion

I booked for my birthday trip! everything was a 10/10!!! We had a nice view of the hotel. Very clean and Very nice property and people. My best thing about the hotel was the pool and bathroom

The resort and staff are amazing!!! I would reccomend booking your self and not through *******. ******* will only add extra fees and there is no point paying fees for the resort and ******* fees. Over all the staff is great I would also stay away from the Dining at the resort not a good as it looks. Trust me leave the resort and enjoy dining else where.

We had a terrible experience since the moment we arrived to our room. First of all, the pillows had hairs on them and the night stand was dirty. Then, as soon as we entered the bathroom there was a terrible smell coming out of the bathtub because water came out back from the sewer and the sinks were flooded everytime we used them we had to waited for almost 45 min for the water to drain . We called front desk and they told us they were going to sent someone but nobody came. Next day, I went to the front desk to see what happened but the lady at the front desk told me “I am sorry about your experience, I am going to write everything down on the notes so my manager can see them”. On the 4th night of my stay, the odor was extremely uncomfortable, it was very strong that we could smell it from bed so I called front desk again and they sent an engineer who put a liquid on the bathtub to help with the smell and he plugged a few time the bathtub drain but to be honest nothing worked, the bathtub and the sinks were still the same. I told him if he could help with the bathroom door because even he had a hard time to open it and the first night my kid got stuck in the bathroom because he couldn’t open the door but the engineer told me it was a work for carpenters so he was going to let his manager know. Plus, there is not even a coffee maker like most of the hotel room has and there is an extra charge of 15 dlls. A night in case you need one. Definitely not worth the money.

This was our third visit to RR, and probably our last. We made reservations months in advance and called several days before arrival to confirm our request of a high floor room. We were assigned a very mid height room and could not change until part way through stay. Manager made it clear we were not important enough. Upon checking into new room we discovered used toiletries and false eyelashes in the shower so clearly it had not been cleaned. They did send up housekeeping and refunded resort fee but never really apologized or seemed to care. We also requested extra pillows and were told there were none available in entire property.

It was OK. I find it interesting that I needed to pay an extra $140/night to have a refrigerator in the room. All rooms should have this, other lower budget hotels have this. Additionally, many things that are courtesy of your stay are not a given here. Such as a coffee maker or the items to make coffee. You have to order and pay for a carafe. If you want to exercise, you better be ready to pay for it. It's an ok stay, but be prepared to pay for a mediocre stay.

This was a wonderful hotel, tons of places to eat, great payouts and the staff was so helpful and friendly.. only thing I wished for was a coffee maker in the room. This will be our spot every time we go to Vegas. Downtown is not what it use to be 😔

All staff at Red Rock that we interacted with were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful! Floor to ceiling window in the room is very cool too! We would love to return again for another stay :)

I was there for St. Patrick’s Day. No corn beef, and cabbage, but definitely great restaurant choices.

Shower head did not have enough water pressure and made a very loud and annoying whistling sound when on. Property was very nice and clean. Food choices were great Close to Red Rock Canyon was main reason why I booked. Overall will come back for it’s convenience.

Very thin walls and can hear peoples conversations. Also, lots of partying in the hallways. No rest available here!
