Ulasan Treasure Island – TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, a Radisson Hotel

Was a wonderful trip and enjoyed the stay. So many plenty of things to do within the hotel. Will recommend the hotel.

Check in - waiting in line was a bit painful. Although a lot of people used express check in and found it very quick and easy. We were upgraded to room with ***** view which we appreciated very much. The room itself was fine. It was clean. Toilet in working order and shower was nice and warm. Ice machine on our level working perfectly. Free parking. Hotel security all very helpful. Check out was super simple. I’m not fussy so overall happy!!

Hotel is quite old. The sink handle was broken in my room. Had to sleep with water running all night. View from hotel is satisfactory at night.

I love this place. Close to everything. Easy to travel with bus and walking distance to every places. However no drinking water were provided in the room. What more tea or coffee. They charge resort tax, but the resort was closed.

Hotel is adequate but of course rather old. Service staff were helpful and pleasant and rooms were nicely made to daily which is great.

Excellent location and value. Room and bathroom were large and had a great view. Got a great price through Trip.com, the staff was very helpful, check in was automated and quick (with staff assisting) and the elevators were quick. Quite and very clean.

Too long line to check in( over one hour in waiting and standing ), No one to direct the people where to go ,  Too dusty the room , not much food restaurant to choose from ( no food court).. had to go out across to  other hotel for food ! This place has certainly downgraded over the last 25 years ! Don’t know why I need pay resort fee when the nothing is applicable !

Hotel is good location and nice but amenities in room like coffe or tea and machine for coffe not available.

Location is good. Service is poor. No water, coffee maker, face tissues in room. Wired smell in Hotel lobby.

For servic3s, we would give minus mark. On the day of arrival, we stood 90 minutes to get checked in. No personalised service, not user friendly. No coffee machine, coffee, tea, or drinking water. In spite of booking in January, we were given 3rd floor room , concrete view, and broken curtain, and the access card not working. I complained about these to the staff. I ask compensation for poor accommodation.

The bathroom was very dirty, the toilet and bathtub had ***** hair on them and also was not wiped. There also was food left in the refrigerator as well. They did take off $50 for the resort fee, but did not want to give us a new room . 

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍 Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient! Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏 Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

The stay was really good. Wiping needs to be done more.

The staff at the check-in counter are extremely rude and do their job very poorly. Long queues at check in phase, but they don't make any effort to find a solution.
