The young man at the reception desk was friendly and efficient, the maids were professional the rooms were clean and functional the tv was in good condition, close to Fremont st and overall very convenient, this is the first time I stayed in downtown LV and hopefully not the last, thanks

Nice and cozy it feels like you booked an Airbnb. Also it’s so close to the fun parts of Fremont. While I didn’t use the pool seeing it from the window it was gorgeous.

We have a bigger double queen bed room it is really spacious. The setback is the room is really basic - no coffee making machine and no refrigerator. The music from the street is audible as well in the room. Can be annoying. The plus point is hotel provide YSD25 discount for The Three George Grill, which offers good good, when one spend USD100.

Location was convenient to our needs. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Check-in agent was fantastic, warm and welcoming. Only thing that was a bust was the check-out experience. Not the same treatment nor did we feel welcomed - it dampened our spirits but other than that - everything was perfect.

Like what the reviews said, the music goes on till midnight but that was at Fremont street, no music no fun isn’t it. I managed sleep well even with music, not too loud for me. The room was tidy. Glad they provided 3 set of towels for 2 of us. As a towel has stain. So 1 star off from that. Bed is clean and very comfy. I just fell asleep instantly. I will stay again.

I'm in between homes right now and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while I got things together. I was first booked in the bottom floor room, which was perfectly adequate, cozy and very clean. However they were in the midst of construction outside and it really messed with me for a day. The next day, I asked Josue how long it would go on for. About an hour later he offered me the nicer room at the same price which was on the floor above so I wouldn't have to deal with the noise. The room above is bigger, very comfortable, very clean and had a restful stay while I was there from that moment on. Everything is very clean there and I tip my hat to them for that. It's not a motel proper, but a house that's been converted to receive guests. Electronic locks everywhere, so I felt very secure. The showers even have complimentary soap and shampoo from a dispenser. Individual climate control for the rooms. The area is a bit seedy, but their prices are the lowest in town to reflect the location. The immediate surroundings of the motel itself are just regular families who mind their own business. I stayed there for 3 weeks had no issues. I'd recommend it and Josue is honest and easy to talk to and he will take the extra step to accommodate you.

We had a great stay at the California Hotel and ******. It is more casual. Great table games in the ******, staff was always friendly and accomodating, and the location was perfect. I would recommend the hotel for a reasonable stay in Vegas.
