Lovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the *****, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice. Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room. Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

It was good stay. On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants were in or near the building, it was also convenient. Thank you.

Super friendly check in staff (Chris), clean and modern room recently finished in Spa Tower. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The only complaint I have is about the concierge text message system. Left something to be desired. And hotel front desk does not accept take away order on guests' behalf.

Great location on the *****. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time! Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that. One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for those in tight budget. We upgraded into Suit so we love our room. The hotel are very rich in architecture design in a unique way and we dearly love their lunch buffet with loads of palatable selection. Two thumbs up to all staffs for friendly athmosphere all the time, can't fault anyone!!!👌👍🫶💖❤️

Decent hotel for the price. For ***** view rooms avoid the the 7 th floor as they have the windows barred. The receptionist said it was a value upgrade for $40 but definitely not worth the barred windows. The food options within the hotel are nice. Good bathroom and comfortable beds . The location is on the quiter end of the *****
