Hotel Bella Venezia

The accommodation has been ok. Room size was not big but ok for a hotel room. Furnishing is a bit "old-style". The glass front of the shower was difficult to move and metal parts partly rusted. Nice and large garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel charged my credit card twice on Sept. 16th and 22nd but I only booked and stayed one night from Sept. 14th till 15th. They do not refund the unjustified charge which makes me extremely angry. Instead they sent to *********** literally a false statement: "On the 20th September he called me and he said me that at 8 pm he would be arrive in my hotel and he make a reservation without ***********. He didn't arrive and I had free room , that evening I said no at a lot of people because we were full." Fact is that I am back in Switzerland since Sept. 17th and started working again on Monday Sept. 20th making it completely unreasonable and illogic that I would have booked a room for another night there. It is more than 600km away from the place where I live and work. All this can be proven but I did not get any proof from Booking or the hotel that a second reservation was made on Sept. 20th which does not exist. Given these circumstances I do not recommend the hotel. I would not stay there again. I would not give them my credit card again. I recommend everyone to be extremely careful about this. I will do whatever it will take to get the unjustified second charge from my credit card back. Given that I paid 2 nights but only booked and stayed one night, the value for money was not ok.

Forse un po’ datato ma pulito e confortevole . La posizione è comoda e nessun problema per i parcheggi. Probabilmente in stagione è più caotico, ma noi lo abbiamo trovato tranquillo. Annesso ha anche bar e ristorante. Personale gentile e disponibile . Buffet colazione buono e vario. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel vicino al palazzetto e al centro città, dotato di parcheggio e wi fi gratuiti. Camere spaziose anche se un po' "spoglie" e abbastanza fredde. Colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo pernottamento con prima colazione ottimo, possibilità di convenzione per mezza pensione presso il ristorante Esperia a 700 metri a un costo vantaggioso. L hotel offre anche un servizio di ristorazione interno, di altra gestione.

Hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera spaziosa, letti comodi e colazione compresa. Personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni tipo informazione turistica. Se siete alla ricerca di un hotel nella zona lo consiglio.
