Hotel berhampiran Masjid-E-Haleema Sadiya - مسجدِ حلیمہ سعدیہ, Latur

The hotel is good but the rooms have started to ask for maintenance. The restaurant closes very early in the night at 10:30 itself as compared to other such properties. No bell boy available when you arrive and have to carry your own luggage till the reception even after they see you arriving no one comes to help. The desk person in the night seemed a bit casual and was not as per hotel standard. Overall it was good as compared to the place.

Location is good, parking is available.Rooms are just okay, full of damp inside room. Breakfast have limited option but the test is good. Hotel rooms service staff does not know the courtesy, they entered your room without knowing the door. Just okay okay hotel, call is yours.

Rooms don't have any proper facilities and this hotel doesn't have a kitchen. So you have to order from outside. The hotel is nearby the main road so you have to bear the noise of vehicles all day

Hotel has good parking and location is peaceful and outside of town and is manageable if you have own vehicle. Staff is polite and provide things when asked. There is no hot water facility in rooms. They will provide in buckets upon request at no cost. Food is ok. Pure veg. The hotel can maintain toilets better. Overall, decent property at that price.

Very good hotel in the town I hope Traveled by flight train and road reach the place started at 8 am from my place and reached there by 12 Very hectic The guys on request arranged dal roti rice and curd to eat Just checked in and swallowed the food and slept Woke up by 8 in the morning no disturbance the pillows bed and room ambience is good For me AC is ok but the cooling requirement for.others needs a relook the room temp was 26.5 only. The food is nice and Captian Ishwar and his deputy Pradeep took care of our dining requirements well Even though my Marathi and Hindi is not upto the marked they tired their level best in English. Pooja in the front office has done her part . We liked to stay for one more day but because of our PM visit they couldn't extend. But convinced us gave the accommodation details at Latur which will.be our next stop. Finally the *** behind this experience Mr Akshay the left hander ..... Ever smiling politely answered our queries and ensured that the water bottles toiletries and other amenities are adequate The way he recieved and made the check.in formalities in a matter of minute The first word he said is sir your food is in the room.and it's getting cold . First impression of hospitality can be described All the best guys C u soon. Improvements : please provide morning tea by 6 not by 7 Even Though kettle is there we need it. The positives: friendly and co-operative staff. The location worked for me as i wanted to proceed to tuljapur the next day and this hotel is very close to that highway, yet not too far from the main city so that you don’t get any conveniences nearby. There is a decent seating area at the reception. Parking isn’t a hassle. They provided a decent free-of-cost sleeping arrangement for my driver and that included a bed, a ceiling fan and a washroom. They were accommodating when our stay extended by two hours and didn’t charge extra. The negatives: the bedsheets had a layer of dirt. One bedsheet had lizard dropping. The ac was almost a joke. Even in their best rooms, basic facilities such as a drinking glass were not present. The worst of all were the beds. It went in so much that i felt like sleeping on a hammock. I couldn’t sleep at all whole night. Also, there’s not real kitchen. You get only tea and milk. However, the staff will order a breakfast for you from outside. I will still assign 3 stars because i wasn’t expecting a great experience in osmanabad. This was the best hotel that was available. Most importantly the people were friendly. Arrogant people ruin things the most for me, but that wasn’t the case here.

What i liked: great approach and parking facilities rooms were thoughtfully kitted out and very comfortable ever helpful staff great food options within what i didn't like my room had a defective key card reader and never unlocked during my stay (requiring staff key each time) nothing else besides this
