Great stay. Clean and very good location to the city area. Late check in was available.

The hotel has a great central location, high up with nice views. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The staff are warm and attentive. The room size is decent, though the amenities are somewhat limited. The bed is very comfortable. However, the soundproofing is quite poor.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Western Plus is situated at a great and convenient location in the heart of CBS. it's within walking distance to almost all city attractions. the bed is v comfortable and facilities are good considering the room rate. it is also v close to the City Park, like 7 mins by walking, great to hv a run in the morning. The front desk staff are v friendly and helpful. Tamar Valley Cruise is 18 mins walking, you can book tickets online or buy it there.

We received a complimentary margarita upon check-in. The buffet breakfast was well worth the price.

Room was clean and present. Toiletries supply was sufficient. Hotel location was good, the only problem was not enough car parking sometimes. Hotel told ask can park at EV charging when we back to hotel and there is parking lot available, but we were commented by one of Australia old lady for parking there.

Near famous restaurants

Location wise of the hotel is great. Very close to the shops and restaurants. We were at one of the family rooms on the fifth floor but we can still hear the loud noise of the cars and people outside. Rooms is very dusty though but good thing the bed is very comfortable.

Hotel location was convenient and plenty of parking with very reasonable rates. The room size for family room was all right. The interior is old and toilet has old style tiles and facilities. TV was hit and miss with the remote. We haven't had any noise or parking issues during our stay.

I thought this hotel was fairly standard. Everything you need for a quick overnight stay. But my partner lists this as one of her favourite stays while in Tasmania. When I ask her why, she was most impressed with the comfy bed, so if this is import, stay for the bed! We had the king… meaning we needed GPS yo find each other.

Great stay in the center of launceston. They stored our bicycles inside for the night which was very much appreciated. Good wifi and excellent service. Would stay again

Not very clean, and the facilities are aged. However, good location and close to restaurant and car renting

room was good ,noisy next to lift, food in restaurant was small and average , still hungry after having a mains ,

The service was very average, there was a charge for overnight parking, but unfortunately there was nothing available. 🤔
