Hotel berhampiran North Laurel Shopping Center, Laurel

I think it recently changed to the Millenium. People were nice. Room was good enough and clean. Good for the price. Easy in and out. Breakfast is a light snack but the coffee was good and hot. We were just driving thru. Would stay overnight again. Low frills! Hopefully you are vacationing somewhere else. Go eat at Bosun Joes in Ellisville. Its a real treat.

Well kept modern hotel. Very clean. Pretty decor. Light and bright. Near interstate crossings. Has a burger restaurant and also serves a breakfast buffet with good choices. Not free but can add it on when booking which saves you about have the cost at the restaurant. Comfortable beds. Great set up in room for longer stay. Lots of storage and ability to reconfigure room to some extent. Shower only but loved the curved glass door. No curtain to deal with. Friendly staff. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa, Sara, Myesha and Khali. Would definitely stay there again. Moderately priced.

I was charged for a night after I cancelled PER THE POLICY within the grace period. I attached photos of the cancellation policy and the a screen shot of my cancellation email. I called once the payment posted to get the charge reversed and have been given the run around ever since. After 2 or 3 calls I finally got a return call from the GM on 12/18 who said she was unaware… this was an easy fix… she didn’t know why it wasn’t handled, etc. After she found out I was a manager at one time for both Hilton and Marriott, she even jokingly asked me to come work for her because she needed help. After reading these reviews, I see why. She assured me the refund would be issued but it would a take a few days. So I waited until after Christmas. The refund never came, so I called the hotel again and Bella (front desk agent I assume) made up a lie about the reservation being “locked out” because too much time had passed. I told her this is not a thing. I have been told everything from you cancelled too late (which I did not as you can see from the photos) to the refund is on the way (I was told this by Bella on one occasion. Then I asked for an updated folio which I never got and once by the GM), to now a made up story about “too much time has passed.” I called corporate and she agreed that “too much time has passed so it is locked” is not a thing. Corporate escalated it to her boss because the property REFUSES to issue the refund. What a circus of a hotel. Buyer beware. I am still awaiting my refund and hopefully corporate Marriott does their part and keeps their promise to get this fixed.

Clean room, really good breakfast with many selections, and attentive service. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Satu-satunya sebab saya memberikannya 4 bintang kerana saya pasti boleh mendengar orang di dalam bilik di sekeliling saya. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah hotel yang sangat bagus. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang berlaku. Gimnasium dilengkapi dengan baik dan saya suka kopi sepanjang hari!

For a quick getaway, for the price, it was perfect. The bed was too firm for me and only complaint is no coffee extras ie. sugar, creamer in my room. In the lobby had coffee 24/7 but early morning I don’t want to run down to get coffee.
