Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Laval

Ayant réservé 4 chambres pour une réunion de famille et fort d’une première expérience dans cet établissement il y a quelques années sous l’enseigne ”première classe ” l’expérience ne fut pas la même. Même si l établissement à vieillit (les moquettes des couloirs tachées et les caches poussière sous les sommiers pendouille un peu ) la prestation reste correcte. NEANMOINS le but premier d’un hôtel est de dormir ! Donc quand la climatisation qui est existantes mais qui ne fonctionne pas et qui apparemment n’est pas prête de fonctionner. Avec une température au mois de juillet à 30 degrés hors canicule dans la chambre et les fenêtres donnant à une dizaine de mètres sur la rocade de Laval comment dire ? Que le termes de TOUT CONFORT dans votre descriptif publicitaire de votre établissement me paraît pour ma part un peu mensonger Puisque pour ne pas finir déshydratée nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte et donc sans rideaux occultant (fenêtre ouvertes compliqué) donc avec la circulation même réduite cela reste une rocade et l’éclairage de celle ci SUPER ! Le summum les 4 chambres réservé du même côté donc même expérience. Mon soucis c’est moi qui ai conseillé cette hôtel ! Malgré les réclamations par 2 fois à la réception c’est la direction.patati patata.... et ma demande de voir la direction il travaille pas le samedi ah bon ! 2 étoiles car les prestations secondaires restent bonnes mais la principale de dormir dans de bonne condition ne sont pas atteinte.

Just spent an enjoyable 3 nights in this friendly hotel with a very warm welcome from Stephanie. Our Junior suite was spotlessly clean with a great view over the bridge. Breakfast was plentiful and was replenished regularly. This hotel is very convenient to all the sights nearby. Stephanie is a great asset to the hotel.

Toute la nuit nous avons entendu des voitures faire la course ce qui n'est pas reposant du tout ! Il manque des équipements comme une deuxième mini table de nuit afin que le autre personne puisse au moins poser ses affaires.

It was hot outside, therefor the chilled lobby was nice. Checkin was convenient and efficient, and aslo the room wasnt prepared they enjoyed me in the waiting time. Breakfast is self-service with bread, buns, cereals, ham, cheese, fruits, some pastry and egg for self-boiling. Coffe and tea and juices are available too- so everything what is needed. The room wasnt really small, but a lot of collision points, but the well working AC (room under the roof), the good bed and the efficient bathroom compensate this. Checkout was also convenient, nice and highly professional, as I had to ask for some extras... The best: located in few minutes from train station and city center, so having dinner in the evening is not so hard as the ibis has no restaurant. Next time again.

I needed an overnight stay in Laval, that was convenient for the train station. This hotel was a perfect fit. My room was on the 2nd floor and not facing the street. It was very quiet, very clean and with a small but powerful shower. I did not book a breakfast when I booked the room, but when checking out the smell of fresh bread and coffee persuaded me to buy a breakfast. I was not disappointed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Strongly recommend the hotel.

Hôtel idéalement situé non loin du centre historique de Laval . Les chambres sont modernes , propres avec une trés belle qualité de literie . Petit déjeuner de qualité. L'on peut bénéficier ( non testé ) du spa de l'hôtel 4 étoile qui est dans la même structure. Personnel au top .

Advert/website deceptive. This NOT the quiet hotel surrounded in quiet grounds expected. It is situated between two very busy roads into Laval - the leafy/ivy fronted picture is deceptive. We arrived at 5pm ( it was dark) and the hotel entrance was not illuminated (so it seemed closed). Upon entry we were hit by a strong, most unpleasant sewage ( yes sewage !) smell. No lift and our room was on the first floor, no help with cases and awkward split level with WC up two steps off the bedroom and shower/ washroom up one step. The shower was OK but (as with most hotels) no grab/handrails for older doddery people and useless soap/shower gel dispenser. The sink cubicle had no towel rails nor enough space to put out toilet bags etc. The bed was a small double - but good lighting. The only positive feature of our stay was the restaurant and food which was EXCELLENT. VV good quality food, service and staff - nearly Michelin standards and extremely good value. We had €22 menu - starter, main course and dessert plus G&T, glass red wine and coffee - total cost €62 - v v good value. Breakfast good too. Stay again ? No definitely NOT. Overall mid 3* establishment minus 2* for sewage smell (=1*). NOT recommended; except worth a visit for the excellent restaurant. Pity !
