Porto Hotel

It’s definitely a good hotel for the price. A little dirty, the ac and tv were kinda old. Everything else was ok. The location was a deep into the city if you were just passing by (which was my case). Pool was very dirty.

OK hotel, and for the price (~700MXN) I can't really complain. If I'm passing through the area again I might consider staying here. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the woman there didn't read my reservation and "forgot" the 2nd room. But that happens with a lot of hotels lately. Then she interjected herself in me paying for the reservation with a bank card, which slowed things down and caused frustration... The room was OK, bedsheets and towels old but functional. Internet doesn't really work unless you think 2Mbit is acceptable and the shower, while warm, has no good pressure. They have an OK pool and sitting area in the middle of the building. Which is loud till about 10PM. The city is a bit of a dump, and the immediate area of the hotel is littered with tittybars, slums, dirt and has an overall "meh" feeling about it. I expected the city to be a bit nicer.

En recepción deberian de tener personal mas amable que tenga bien trato no cortantes y q si les pregunta uno algo te comtesten de mala gana

Pésimo servicio por parte de recepcionistas, gerente, personal de limpieza y mantenimiento. No es un lugar para ir con niños ya que oermitennquebhente adulta fume y tome en área comunes y cerca de la alberca hasta muy noche.

La estancia fue excelente y el servicio muy bueno siempre que viajo a esa zona me hospedo en el mismo hotel

Hay muy poco personal tanto en la recepción como las señoras que hacen la limpieza

No tuvimos agua, y la poca que salio en algunas habitaciones fría. Las habitaciones pequeñas, pero las camas y almohadas bien, por el precio aceptable, pero si nos paso a perjudicar lo del agua.
