Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la catena Mercure offre sempre un buon comfort. Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate. Un’ottima scelta. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non essendo particolarmente affamate al mattino, ci sembrava inutile spendere a testa 17 euro.

Firstly, the hotel's location is indeed a strong point. It's conveniently situated in a prime area, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. However, there were some downsides to my experience. The breakfast offered at the hotel was somewhat disappointing. The selection of items was quite limited, and the overall quality of the breakfast options left something to be desired. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side. While the beds were comfortable, the limited space could feel a bit cramped for those looking for more room to move around.

Katil tilam berlapik anda disediakan dengan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan tab mandi atau pancuran menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut.

In the centre of Le Havre. The hotel is difficult to miss, it is huge.. We used a surface level car park which was generally rather full yet we always managed to find a space. We had a large bedroom with 6' bed with a rear view of fountains and gardens. It had exceedingly poor lighting and very weedy wi-fi. Our bathroom was large and weel appointed, individual toiletries. Good breadfast including cooked.

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la gare, et on est à 10 minutes de l'hôtel de Ville, et 20 min de la plage à pied, ou bien 4 stations de tramway en 5 min. Moderne, beau design à l'entrée, très neuf puisque ouvert en août 2021. La chambre 403 est spacieuse, bien équipée d'une machine à café Malongo, thé, 2 bouteilles d'eau Evian, salle de bain toilettes douche avec plein de gel shampooing body lotion. Les fenêtres double vitrage éloignent les bruits de l'artère de circulation, chambre bien chauffée avec un système de chauffage ou climatisation. La télé est énorme et le Wi-Fi marche très bien très rapide, sans besoin d'inscription. Literie impeccable digne d'un 4* beaucoup d'oreillers, un beau fauteuil confortable, un coffre-fort, une penderie. Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas pris le buffet petit déjeuner à 15€, mais la salle à manger était très belle, présentation agréable, choix de viennoiseries, dès 6h30 du matin. L'hôtel a une salle de sport fitness, un grand salon cosy où on peut boire des drinks, ambiance très calme. Je recommende vivement pour les installations très neuves à un prix vraiment imbattable.

We ordered our family room more than 6 month in advance, asking to get an high floor. A month before our arival I had called the hotel and was confirmed tha for this long stay we would recive an high floor. On our arrival we have recieved room #110 on the first floor. The hotel was reluctant to fulfill our wish. The room was preatty dirty. Its big terrave had not been cleaned for many month and during our stay. All its furnitures were full with old bird droppings. There was a drainage problem at the sink. The rooms aircondition system hardly works. There were no glasses for toothbrushs at the bath. The room is not being arranged if you dont ask it. The breakfast is mediocre. Excellent pastries and bread, narrow variety of other food, awful coffee from the machine. On the positive side I would like to mention good wi fi and a lot of free parking along the promenade

I had an enjoyable two-night stay in a pleasant, spacious apartment with a partial docklands, marina and sea view. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night. There was an open wardrobe and a shelving unit with ornaments, a safe, a small table, a couple of chairs and a large wall-mounted TV. The kitchenette had a stovetop, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. It was equipped with a good selection of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. The bathroom had ample space and shower temperature was easy to control (no bath). There seemed to be a policy of not providing an extra roll of toilet paper - guests had to ask reception staff if they needed extra. Unusual, and a possible source of embarrassment. It was helpful to be able to do a load of washing in the ground floor facilities. The hotel is well-located, close to the docklands (where there's a newish shopping centre), the sea, the railway station and the highway bus terminal, and not far from the city centre. The main sights (and the beach) are within walking distance. (Some steep ascents if you're going up to the old fort site - which has great views, lovely gardens and a cool art installation along with the historic remnants.) I'd be happy to stay again.

Unfortunately this “hotel” is the worst we have stayed in during our trip to France. When we arrived, the receptionist did not speak any English, but was nice enough and was able to give us our room numbers and codes. This is probably the only thing I can even slightly compliment. The next morning, there was another staff member who did speak English though. From there, you have two options to get to your room: the stairs or the lift. The lift is fully carpeted (walls too!), and feels like a cardboard box. If you choose to take the stairs, I would suggest wearing a mask. In fact, you should probably wear one throughout the hotel. as the smell is horrible. On the second day of our stay, the smell got even worse as it began smelling like sewage throughout the lobby. Things unfortunately do not get better in the room. The rooms are small, which is ok, but the bed is made from some sort of MDF - cardboard hybrid with a mattress on top. At least the bedsheets were clean. The bathroom is definitely the piece-de-resistance. The WC was dirty and stained. Dust on every pipe. The sink takes its time draining, and the clicker waste is not functional, also full of limescale. The extractor is broken on the inside. There was also no soap in our bathroom - others in our group were, however, blessed with some soap. The hairdryer in one of the rooms was also broken. There is also no air conditioning or fan. As we visited in August we slept with the windows open, which honestly barely made a difference. The curtain does not fully cover the windows either. Additionally, there was some sort of unit outside our rooms which made a buzzing noise all night long. If you are nosey, you may get some good entertainment. The walls are incredibly thin and you will be able to hear the guests in surrounding rooms, including when they flush the toilet. We spent most of this first night, until about midnight, trying to find a different hotel so we could leave this place, but we were unsuccessful as it was a weekend in August. We were told by other hotels that we were not even the first ones that day to try to get a room somewhere else. At night, there is no reception staff. There is a call button, but we saw someone use it and wait a good while before anyone answered (if they did - we did not hang around). The whole area also feels unsafe - there are homeless people sleeping directly outside the hotel leaning against it, and drunk/dodgy people all around. Make of this what you will, as this is not strictly the hotel’s fault. Once we managed to get some sleep, it was time for breakfast. We arrived at breakfast between 8:30 and 8:45. The options were essentially: croissant, pain-au-chocolat or bread. There were some scrambled eggs and I think there was supposed to be bacon, but we must have just missed it (breakfast began at 7:30). The juice also soon ran out, as did cups and cutlery. The staff was only there occasionally, so there was no-one to even ask for these thi

Hotel agreable, chambres très propres, beau televiseur, personnel très disponible. Les chambres sont bien équipées et on y dort au calme, peu de bruits extérieurs. Possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café. Les lits sont trés confortables.

Kyriad (Le Birgit) – Leger Holidays This hotel should not be operating! It was dreadful! Leger Holidays booked this Kyriad hotel for our tour group. The rooms were extremely basic, part chipboard furnishings and views were either a large building site, with a railway track one side or a very busy and noisy square with a 24-hour McDonalds. Two of our group found a cockroach on their bed! Other rooms our party had were dirty. The towels were old and paper thin. The so-called bar was virtually not existent Restaurant: there were not enough chairs or tables for everyone to sit down and the bar only open 7pm-9pm Breakfast – continental only – not great. The Kyriad Le Havre hotel advertised it had tea and coffee facilities in the room with a kettle and milk. - There was nothing in any of the rooms! It also stated it had hairdryers – but some did not. Upon complaining we were told that they Not Kyriad anymore”! Kyriad sold the hotel a month ago – the new hotel being Le Birgit! Le Birgit was being refurbished and resembled a building site - there were even wires coming down from the ceiling by the one lift as well as more building materials by the reception and at one end of the restaurant. Surely, this hotel must have more than one or two health and safety issues. The lift had seen better days and it was ‘hit or miss’ if the button for the ground floor worked, Leger Holidays should have done better and thoroughly checked out this hotel beforehand!.
