The front desk in the morning doesn’t communicate with the night people and they aren’t good at listening to the customers. Maids are very disruptive

Upon check-in the heat, and also the phone in our room did not work. We were moved into the only available room, which was an accessible room.

Wonderful staff. Clean nice rooms and property. Pet friendly and at a good price. The single king room is a little small, but i would definitely stay there again

Loved the friendliness of staff, the newness and decor of hotel, comfy bed and super clean room. The 24/7 coffee in the lobby is great and the grab and go breakfast provides all you need to start the day off right. Also, the room rate is super low!

My stay was great! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. I loved the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby and the breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that there was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby to use. They also had a little market there, so that was nice it had snacks, drinks, food and some meds ect. They had dove products in the bathroom for soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in big bottles. That was a also helpful that it wasnt tiny little bottles. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. ....I did have a sound coming from the heater like a clicking sound and that was alittle annoying but that waa a fluke and they put in a service order to fix it but unfortunately that was to be done after I left. The staff was very helpful and nice!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. This place is super clean and quiet. Rooms are spaced nicely away from others. Love the large walk in showers instead of tubs. Large tv was nice and beds are super comfy.

Room was either hot or cold. Could not regulate temperature. Breakfast could have been better. Staff was great.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the school our son was taking a class at. Very convenient location right off I-40. Really not our "style" of hotel. Feels like a school locker room. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No coffee in the room, but it is available in the lobby all the time. Also, way too noisy!! At 8 am on Saturday morning I was sure someone was letting their kids play in the hall right in front of our door, but when I opened the door there was no one in the hall and the noise was coming from another room. Our son (who stayed the whole week at the hotel) commented that the noise was really bad - that they had really skimped on insulation.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The area don’t offer much as far as food. You will have to drive for more options.

The first time staying at this brand and were very pleased. The service was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms offered a no frills experience with no wasted space. My only complaint was that the power outlets at bedside could not power the humidifier in my CPAP. I had to sleep on the opposite side of the bed. Other than that it was a great stay.

Check in was fast and easy. Front desk staff are friendly, polite and professional. The rooms are clean and modern. I love the fact that there is no carpet in the rooms so much cleaner!
