This was a partner hotel for an event that our son was participating in in Lebanon. It was a decent property. Nothing remarkable, but it was quiet and clean. Thank goodness we checked in through the app and got a digital key that worked because when we got there at about 8:30 pm, there was no one to be found at the front desk. People were waiting in line to check in and to buy snacks. We are Hilton Gold and wanted to get some water to take to our room. We finally gave up and went upstairs. My husband went back down about 20 minutes later and there was still no one at the desk. He said the water and snacks had been cleaned out, he guessed by people who were tired of waiting. That’s inexcusable for any hotel, but especially one whose management knew that, as a partner hotel for this tournament, it was going to be full of families.
