Ulasan Grand Hotel Tiziano E Dei Congressi

I was really disappointed with this hotel. It is extremely dated and needs a full makeover. Using blankets in rooms in 2024 I so wasn't expecting, so unhygienic they were the first thing we removed from the beds on arrival. In the bathroom there was a bath and a shower attachment but no shower curtain or screen so makes for a very wet bathroom. The safe is not even attached to anything in the wardrobe so pretty useless you can just pick it up so nowhere secure to leave valuables. The view from the bedroom was like looking out on a prison yard with the barbed wire and derelict grounds. The pool area looked grim. At nighttime it was like being on top of a nightclub with the music so loud, no one wants to be listening to the Macarena from their bed, so don't come here expecting to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was fine and a selection of food. There is secure parking if you have a car. For what I paid for one night I certainly expected a much better standard of hotel. The location was good to walk into Lecce although the hotel is on a very busy road.

Piscine propre et personnel agréable. Bâtiment assez ancien mais chambres rénovées, c'est top !

Mentre la colazione mattutina era ottima, la struttura, pur abbastanza recente, abbisogna di tanta manutenzione e cura. Le camere standard non sono a livello con le 4 stelle dell'hotel : presentano ancora moquette scura a terra, sono piccole e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La rubinetteria del bagno era vecchia e talora priva delle borchie. La mensola dello specchio del bagno, in legno rivestito, si presentava ingiallita in alcuni punti.

Sarebbe un super hotel se fosse  curata la struttura  dal punto di vista infrastrutturale. La stanza assegnataci  era da albergo a due stelle : impianto di climatizzazione non funzionante , bagno angusto con cabina doccia degli anni 50 con  doccia a braccio fisso. Piscina chiusa , SPA pure per ristrutturazione. Personale della reception cordiale ma nullo nel recepire le istanze degli ospiti relativamente agli inconvenienti  segnalati dagli avventori. Non ci  torneremo piu’ e lo sconsiglio  a meno che non cambi gestione e mentalita’.

La struttura potrebbe essere migliorata con interventi di rinnovamento di arredo.. Il ristorante potrebbe ampliare il menù dei secondi e soprattutto il prezzo del menù del giorno non dovrebbe essere quasi simile al prezzo della scelta di una sola portata.

We were hesitant to book this hotel after reading the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. At reception we were greeted by Eleonora with a great big smile. She helped us with the parking and was super nice! Hotel is a bit dated but no complaints here. Breakfast was great with many options. Walking distance to historic Lecce. It was perfect for us!

. It needs an overall refurbishment. The pool area is a bit run down and 2 out of 3 lifts were out of order. The room was quite large clean and spacious but the bath needs maintenance as the jacuzzi knobs do not work and the drain is blocked. The towels were not spotless but rather greyish. The only positive aspect is the dining as the staff were quite helpful and the plated food offered was quite good. They even offered second helpings. Definately not a 4 star hotel as rated.

When we arrived, we were given an up graded room which was large, clean and modern. Everything worked! We seemed to be in a different hotel from some of the recent poor reviews. The pool was lovely, drinks and snacks served on the terrace, and very helpful staff. The restaurant was wonderful and so was the breakfast. We choose this hotel because of the location, and it did not disappoint, close to town centre and the bus station. Many thanks to the staff for a lovely holiday.

-10 points and it doesn't correspond to reality either. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I never will again! Really disgusting. If you think of your worst memory and repeat it 100 times, it's still not as terrible as here!

This hotel has never been renovated or properly maintained! We arrived 18 of June in the middle of heat wave heating the whole area! The air conditioning in the whole hotel was not working since a couple of days !!! They were trying to repair . When we check in they did not say a word . We got in the room and it was hell! . The A/C was on full power but warm air was coming out. We called the reception and then they informed us of the reality but there was nothing they could do and they did not know when it will be functioning again since as they admitted it’s been a couple of days the A/C is out of order! The manager is obnoxious just stating that he is sorry but there is nothing he can do… The point is the hotel is a scam! Only one plug in the room ! Fridge doesn’t work. The plug of the main light is broken and the manager is just sorry. So simply stay away because even if everything was in order the hotel atmosphere is decadent and the hotel is totally unattended !

The only good thing about this hotel were the staff on reception. The curtains were broken, the WiFi didn’t work,and at first even the electrics were off. Worn and dirty carpet on the stairs and altogether v sad. It’s in a fairly good position and seemed busy so maybe time for a refurbish!

I spent several days in this hotel, in the B section. The room was spacious with a big bed, but everything was shabby and scruffy. No hot water for shower after 7,30 AM. There was a 24 hours power blackout, something that can happen, but I would have expected at least a free coffee, if not a discount. Breakfast was nice, but long lines at the coffee machine, a second one would be very helpful. I had dinner in the restaurant once, very bland and tasteless. Only favorable point: the staff is friendly and tries to help. will I go back or recommend this hotel? NO

No power when we arrived - couldn't charge phones, no lifts or a/c. Power didn't come back on for 24 hours - even then still no a/c. Long queues at breakfast for one coffee machine. Tired, dated, chunks out of the walls. Would not recommend. Spoilt the beauty of Lecce.
