Stayed out of desperation after a crazy day of cancelled and delayed flights across country. I landed after 2:00 am so picked the cheapest place I could find that was close to the airport as I also had lost luggage I knew I’d need to pick up the next day. Check in was good, the night clerk was patient even with me being so tired and confused. I bought a toothbrush kit for $5 and I signed up for the bagged breakfast the next morning and went to my room. The room itself was a bit odd. The bed was pushed right up against the window and AC unit. The AC unit made a weird whistling sound all night, good thing I was exhausted or this would have been a problem. I managed to sleep through it. The walls are also super thin and I could hear people on the floor above urinating and flushing the toilet etc. The cleanliness was not the best. I found blood (?) stains on the bath mat. Yuck. The shower was good and the bagged breakfast was good. It had a juice box, yogurt, orange and small muffin inside. The lady at the front desk in the morning was also very nice and polite. Overall the stay was ok for my situation and the cost. If I had to stay by choice I would stay elsewhere.

We are staying here with our kiddos while we’re in town for a wedding. The hotel is clean and the rooms are bright and new feeling. Beds are comfortable. Kids are loving the pool. Check in with Jas was a breeze. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time we go through the lobby he checks and makes sure that everything is going well with our stay. Much appreciated! Highly recommended!

Staying overnight right now at the Four Points. The check in was smooth and front desk was great. The room is clean, cool and comfy! Very happy with the hotel but not happy with the attached restaurant, Rick's. I ordered a meal and went down to grab it. The chef wasn't wearing a mask, and was talking and coughing while preparing my order. When I asked him to wear one and remake my food, he refused. He came out (masked) to talk to me. He said that the kitchen gets too hot and he won't wear one while cooking. I refused my food. I went to the front desk and told them. She recommended Montanas across the street. It was a fantastic salad! I'm grateful for her. This isn't the hotel's fault as I am aware the restaurant is only attached and owned by others. But I couldn't rate the hotel higher, because the entire hotel isn't actually covid safe. If the whole covid thing isn't an issue for you, then perhaps Rick's is safe with other parts of food handling?? But I don't trust a restaurant that picks and chooses what food safety rules to follow

I was not informed that a QR CODE for vaccination was mandatory to stay at this hotel!!!!! Very discriminatory. Staff was very very rude to my whole family and especially to my 10 ur old son. He went to use the pool with his friends and forgot his mask. But was literally at the pool doors to go swimming and she made him go back to the room to get his mask so he could use the pool where he would literally be taking it off to swim. She was guarding that pool door like a cop. Very unwelcoming to guests. We needed more towels in our room because there were only 3! And there was 5 of us. Called to get more, but front desk couldn’t bring us any because she was the only one on…… how is there only 1 worker working on a Saturday night!! Also asked for late checkout at noon and was denied! Saying that everyone can’t have late checkout or their wouldn’t be any clean rooms!! 1 hr later for checkout is not that big of a deal! Room was tidy but wouldn’t say clean. Shower curtain had stains. Marks on walls. Bedding had so much static that was hard to pull sheet away from blanket. Was getting ready in morning and housekeeping knocked on door twice before 9!!! Like checkout is at 11am!!! Sorry i didn’t put my do not disturb sign on, but they should know when a room has checked out. Never again will I be back!!

We love staying here, it is always our first choice for Leduc/Nisku. The staff are friendly, you can get settled into a room quickly, and they always do their best to accommodate room requests. I have stayed here as someone travelling with only adults and while travelling with a baby, both times they have met all our needs.

Great location to Leduc, Airport and South Edmonton. Breakfast was hot, simple and adequate with cold cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage alternating days, bread or bagels. The King room was comfortable with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The temp fluctuated but probably user error and room set for 18 and usually 22C, should have mentioned it at the time but did not. Staff was excellent, super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable and great price. When we booked there was no pool mentioned so surprised to find a pool and hot tub and finding a bathing suit the end of September was nearly impossible. Pool was cool after all the effort to find something to swim in but grandkids didn't mind it.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was a wonderful surprise. A gem in the middle of an industrial area. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed comfortable. We (6 of us) had dinner there and it was very good! Again, we were surprised! We had to miss breakfast but got grab bags to go & coffee at 4:30 a.m. waiting for the shuttle. The staff were great and very accommodating. The shuttle was on time and a call from the airport when we picked up our luggage and the shuttle was at the airport within 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this hotel. Fred and Donna V.

I noticed THAT the other best western in Leduc doesn't offer to the client nothing for free no even a bottle of water, $20 for breakfast , $5 a cup of coffee... but this BW Plus Edmonton Airport Hotel have great room, prices increible and an amazing breakfast buffet incluided!!! YOU MUST BOOK HERE ONLY if you are in LEDUC !

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is obviously in need of an extreme renovation. We had a large team visiting. Several rooms had various bugs in them. Carpets in the hallway were so old they were stretched and bunching. Decore and atmosphere was not pleasant. Phone lines did not work. Elevator had issues. The corners and edges in rooms were not clean. Mattresses were old. The breakfast room had ants in it around coffee area. Spend additional money if necessary and enjoy a nicely renovated clean hotel. Had we known this hotel was in such disrepair we would not have booked.
