We were here for a much needed vacation. I will grant that we were able to relax as there was nothing to do at the resort. Everything was a LONG drive away. What made me give this hotel only one star was numerous things…1. No shampoo in the shower only conditioner and when I went to call the front desk…2. Out of 3 phones in our room, not one of them worked. 3. The washer was so loud we couldn’t even hear the TV. 4. Even on the lowest setting the dryer burned my clothes and they shrunk to nothing. 5. On top of paying for the room for the WHOLE week, we had to pay $127 for parking (would have been more, but we checked out a day early) and $294 for amenities. What? Everything that was included in the amenities was what every other hotel/resort has. There was nothing special about the amenities…a pool, and a gym, although, there was a dolphin cruise, but we didn’t go. This vacation became a money pit (we also had to pay tolls whenever we drove an hour to get to the beach). What made it so bad was when we checked out, we paid the $127 for parking and that was all that was on our bill. It wasn’t until we got home a couple of days later that I found the $294 charge on my credit card, which seems dishonest to charge it after we left. We didn’t even realize there was an amenity fee, as we were never even told about it at check in. If we had have known about an extra $421 on TOP of what it cost to stay here, we NEVER would have stayed. If you are going to charge those fees, just include it in the price of the room.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist nur 10 Minuten vom Strand und sehr nahe am Walmart oder Aldi falls man noch schnell was braucht. Das Zimmer, das Bett und das Badezimmer war frisch und sauber. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen und sehr reichhaltig. Jeden Tag gab es frisches Obst zusätzlich hier Äpfel oder Bananen zum mitnehmen. Die Auswahl an Frühstück reicht von Pancakes, bagels, Muffins, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs either omelets, scrambled or boiled, fresh cinnamon rolls, joghurt, kurz mehr als genug. Mein Fazit zu diesem Hotel: ich bin froh es gefunden zu haben und komme gerne wieder.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when visiting relatives in Florida. We booked it for a couple of days as we are moving our dad to nursing care on Cape Coral. All we wanted was a good nights sleep in a clean room. This hotel has been updated so much since we were here before. My husband was laughing at how excited I was to see Dove Body Lotion in the bath room, just coming from the Bahamas, my skins was so dry…they have Kerigs for coffee and tea in the room, new carpeting, walls and ceilings newly painted and the beds are so comfy. Just what we need for this trip. There was some music playing next door, but we had a small balcony to sit on a have a cup of tea before bed and listen to the tunes, they stopped at 9, so not any issues with that at all. We have an early start tomorrow so glad they have breakfast in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers. We stayed in room 320 today 3/30 and will stay on 3/31 and head home on Saturday.

Really clean and newly renovated hotel. Great bedding, you can feel that these are not used for ten years like every other motel. One big issue is the missing insulation of the floor. You can hear every step of the above room. We had bad luck and a woman with six kids had the room above us and they were jumping and running the whole time. This hotel is pet friendly, which also means that people will leave their dogs barking in the rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of this hotel. I booked a room for about $120/night plus taxes in the fall. I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel, but it's definitely upscale. I booked via their website and received an upgraded double-bed room. The bathroom was large with nice materials and a large shower with a separate bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the A/C was not great throughout the hotel. I'm guessing it was 77 or 78 in the lobby and corridors. The A/C in my room was also struggling; it was probably 70 next to the unit and 77 in the bathroom. I thought about changing rooms but decided against it. Overall, this hotel was a superior value to the rest of the hotels in the area and well worth a little extra distance from Naples. I would stay here again.

It is unfortunate that I must write this review publicly as I did submit my concerns to the management team over 2 weeks ago on their website. I did not even get a generic, ”sorry, we will address the issue” response. Nothing. So, with that being said, I want to warn others of this establishment. Though the entire hotel is in need of a serious renovation I am able to overlook outdated furniture if well maintained and cleaned properly. However, upon immediately entering the room the smell was off putting. It was so bad at night that I had to sleep facing the wall with my head under the covers in order to avoid it. I am sharing a picture of the wall next to the bed just above the lamp where you can see the amount of dust that has accumulated over time. Clearly housekeeping and maintenance do not keep a regular deep cleaning schedule of the rooms and carpet. When paying nearly $400 a night, I find this absolutely unacceptable. The second picture is of the sign on the back of the door and in red at the bottom lists the max price for the room as $299. Clearly management is taking advantage of the recent major hurricane that hit and are price gouging now that there is limited housing and rooms available. What a shame too because the staff is fantastic, and I hope they know they deserve better. I can't imagine the number of complaints they must have to deal with onsite due to the manager/ owner not maintaining the property. They can easily go elsewhere and honesty they should.

PPengguna TetamuWe are here visiting with our two children 8 and 13 and have been extremely impressed with the beauty of the hotel, customer service and quality of the food. From the moment we arrived Ursula at the front desk was very welcoming and answered all of our questions throughout our stay. The staff responsible for the kids activities were engaging, fun and had several activities planned throughout the day. The waitstaff and bartenders at the pool are top notch and work incredibly hard to provide outstanding service. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

PPengguna TetamuWe love this location right in the middle of downtown Fort Myers, Florida. We've stayed here a few times, including before the recent renovation. There is a an interesting variety of rooms with different layouts which we enjoyed. This time we chose a King room with balcony and city view. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people and while it does have an ok ”city view,” it also looks down upon another roof below with all the air conditioners (something we do not like when paying extra for a ”view”). However, you can also see the river along with a bit of Patio DeLeon, in the middle of downtown Fort Myers. At night, is where the view shines with all the colorful lighting and usual music can be heard from live musicians. This room is fairly large for a boutique hotel with a larger than usual TV. However, the TV and dresser on which it sits are oddly placed in a corner at an angle, and pretty far from the bed detracting from the size of the screen. Programming is not in HD and also not set to the correct proportions (everything was vertically compressed) and the remote does not allow adjustments for this. It has a nice kitchenette area with a mini fridge but no microwave which we thought it should have given the price for the room and how inexpensive small microwaves cost (It may have been an option but it should already be there). Shower is very nice but every 30 seconds the water pressure dropped, then climbed back up - no biggie, just odd. Toilet paper seemed cheap for this type of hotel but all other items seemed to match this type of hotel. You have to pay $3 per bottle for the 2 bottles that are already in the room. It's like ”nickel and diming” for something as inexpensive as bottled water - like having no microwave, it takes away from the experience given the price of the room. Some light fixtures were not fully seated into the ceiling and like most hotels, the air vent in the bathroom had visible dust (I realize most people don't even look at these things, but I tend to notice it). The bed, although newer, was very firm, and not what we typically find in an upscale hotel. The walls are ”thin” allowing sounds from outside and adjacent rooms to be heard which is just an observation, not necessarily a negative. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking options are basically valet or one of 2 nearby parking garages. One parking garage is literally across the street which worked great for us at a lot less than using valet - pros and cons to each. The ice machine on our floor was not working which requires you to acquire ice on another floor (we were on the 7th floor - the top floor). There is a nice little rooftop bar which has a similar view of the city as our room but a little higher. The bar area has decent seating with a good mix of small couches, chairs and high top tables. We did not eat or have room service during this stay but it's available. Overall, it's a very nice, small hotel in an ideal, convenient location and we will definitely go back.

WWayneThis hotel is great. The only problem is you don't get breakfast if you book through this website. I think if you spend that amount of money you should get a free breakfast. Even though this is under construction remodeling, which I used to do the work is good but could be better and faster.all and all well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The Diner part has good food but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, outback, Longhorns and Dave's BBQ . MISSION BBQ AND OLIVE GARDEN.

Pengangkutan ulang-alik tidak mula beroperasi sehingga 10:30 pagi. Apabila saya tiba sekitar 11, mereka tidak mempunyai bilik jadi saya pergi ke kolam untuk duduk dan menunggu. Kawasan kolamnya bagus, tetapi perabotnya cukup kemas.
Saya masuk semula ke dalam selepas beberapa ketika dan mendengar orang demi orang keluar mengeluh tentang bilik kotor, bau dan bunyi yang kuat pada waktu malam. Menjadi jelas bahawa ini bukan hanya hotel di lapangan terbang, tetapi juga keadaan tempat tinggal sewa rendah untuk beberapa orang.
Kakitangan meja depan akhirnya membersihkan bilik untuk saya supaya saya boleh mendaftar masuk awal. Bilik saya pastinya tidak seperti yang saya harapkan berdasarkan foto. Cat terkelupas, pancuran mandian tidak bersih dan terdapat cendawan di sekeliling jahitan. Bilik itu berbau hapak. Bantal itu adalah sebesar bantal lempar yang anda letakkan di sofa anda. Sangat pelik.
Saya menyedari bahawa ia murah dan ia berhampiran lapangan terbang jadi seseorang tidak boleh mengharapkan pengalaman kelas pertama dan saya tidak melakukannya dengan jangkaan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, saya tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night. When checking in, the front desk person could not find my rate and tried to tell me if was a higher rate. This should have been my first clue as to the type of hotel it is. Going into the room, it was medium clean, but we were only staying one night and less than 12 hours so we thought we could survive. It wasn't until the next morning that we saw there was no soap for a shower, which would have been ok as I had some with me, but the water pressure was terrible, and this was at 6 am. We passed on a shower, packed our bags and went to breakfast. I told the front desk clerk and she made a production about writing down the room number and they would check out the water pressure. I also mentioned that there was no soap. She said that we could have requested another room, but they did know there wasn't enough soap available because the order didn't come in. (hello, you're by a large city; aren't there any supercenters around?) Then we ate breakfast, not a very good one, and no juice available in the machine -- what's wrong with buying plastic containers and putting the juice in a small dispenser? When we sat down, the table next to us was laughing at what I'd said to the desk clerk. They had so little water pressure that it took 20 minutes to wash out the soap in their hair! As we talked to them, they had the same complaints we did. We finished packing the car and checked out. I asked for a receipt and we had a charge for a wall safe that we never used. I asked for it to be taken off and she did so reluctantly. I will check my credit card bill to make sure this happened. All in all, I would never stay there again. I called corporate and complained, and I just received an email (not very professionally written and full of misspellings and grammar mistakes) stating that I received a discounted rate and they were not going to discount the room any more. I think I've convinced my husband that the cheapest hotel is not necessarily the way to go. Remember, you get what you pay for.
