Nice, clean and convenient! Room is spacious and neat Breakfast is served early at 0630 till 0900 with several types of bread, beacon, sausage, mushroom, tomato, fruit, yogurt, cereals as well as coffee and tea. U can just make your own all day breakfast

Had a great two night stay here. Hotel is conveniently located  just off motorway. Room was clean & spacious. Kids & adults enjoyed the pool & spa facilities. Only niggle was the family changing room had no benches which the male & female changing rooms did have!!. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The Hotel is modern with a great social area and gym ,pool location, and the carpark is tight.. The toilet seat was missed cleaning the inner rim was crusty yellow..

Disappointed with policy actions as this is my go to hotel when I visit Leeds. Poor service, my requests were denied

Hotel was good but breaky awful. Dried up and awful. Member of staff tried to tell us we'd missed breaky. She'd forgotten it was Sunday!

Good location for a nearby meeting. Room ok - bathroom could do with a deep clean.

Repeat customer always first class and always stay here when in Leeds

Hotel staff pleasant and helpful at reception, used bar once found it expensive as was restaurant at £21-50 for a burger, breakfast was good, was disappointed to discover on my return home hotel had wrongly charged my card for someone else's bill took me up to 5 days to get money back, no apology

Bed uncomfortable! Charged extra for using swimming pool and also charged for parking!

Great hotel with nice decor rooms. As i came from far and i have electric car the biggest benefit was the Tesla superchargers. I got the basic room and it didn’t include breakfast or access to the gym/pool. Parking overnight is a £5 charge. So for me everything was an extra even when i asked for dental kit as i forgot my toothbrush it was an extra £1. There was no phone for room service either in room so i had to go downstairs. Great room otherwise.
