This is my favourite hotel in Leeds ,ideal location,right near the train station,staff are so friendly and welcoming,breakfast is always great,gorgeous features,our room was lovely and was upgraded from a superior twin to a double,won’t stay anywhere else

Hotel is very nice, however there were some significant issues with this stay. I booked a king room yet it had two single beds, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken and there was a fire alarm at 2am! Everyone in the hotel was out in the street for an hour and it really disrupted my sleep and working day.

The easyHotel is a good option for those on budget (although sometimes it’s not that cheap compared to alternatives) and the location is brilliant. I stayed in a room with a window but most do not have this. The room is basic, small and perfectly reasonable.

Good, spacious, clean room and great location in the centre of City Centre. Staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. A bit noisy at night outside hotel and building works around it. Ordered breakfast prior to check-in but was not informed it was cold meats and cereal on offer only as they had no kitchen area. Not hotels fault it was not booked through them. They said i should take it up with whom I booked it through. I left the unclaimed 2 breakfast vouchers with hotel staff. Otherwise a good night's sleep and would stay again.

It was in a great location being minutes away from the train station, city centre and the arena so would definitely recommend if that is what you are wanting. It was clean throughout but in areas could have done with an extra go over, although the service provided was brilliant, always someone at the desk to help and very helpful also. The only thing my partner and I picked up on is that the amenities wasn't all that good, for the price of the stay there could've been more. But overall it was a good hotel to stay in.

The hotel and the room are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The only (minor) negative is that the lighting in the room could be a bit brighter.

Excellent hotel for the money. Must have had low occupancy to offer the room rate. Only drawbacks being cost of drinks and food in the “casual” bar. Also, awful signage, hard to find the bar, then tricky getting back to the room! Left early in the dark and struggled to find exit out of the car park, might have just been me though! Apart from that, an absolute steal…

Good selection at breakfast and friendly attentive staff throughout.
Only minor grumble was the lifts on this stay. Took ages for them to arrive and always very busy because of this. It was a Saturday though.

PPengguna TetamuMy daughter and I spend one weekend every December Christmas shopping, ‘cocktailing’, and eating in Leeds. We choose a different hotel every year in the city to use as our base. This year we chose Quebec’s and now we know we cannot go anywhere else in the future because this hotel easily tops everywhere we have stayed in the past eight years ( including the Hiltons and Plazas)! The building itself is rich in history which is lovingly preserved by the owners for us to enjoy. Rich oak panelling and stained glass windows make this such a unique hotel. The room was beautifully appointed with mini bar, coffee machine etc. The products in the bathroom are first class and the beds are superbly comfortable but best of all despite a ‘full house’ the hotel was so quiet. The staff are unbelievably friendly and we honestly felt, despite the five star ‘feel’ of the hotel, part of the family as the weekend came to an end. Their style of making us feel welcome was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is quirky without any halt on style all glamour, it is a superbly romantic hotel and ideally located for central Leeds shopping and right in front of the station.

CCaitlin WarriorI had wanted to stay in this hotel since I was a kid, so I was looking forward to a bit of comparative luxury after only ever using Travelodges and B&Bs. It may be my funny coloured hair and tattoos, but the security asked to see my room key repeatedly throughout our one night stay. Went outside to pick up some shopping- show keycard. Went to reception with an enquiry- show keycard. Popped outside briefly- show keycard. Return from night out, show keycard to enter hotel, show it to approach the lift, and again whilst waiting for lift. It was worse than Manchester airport security and made me feel very unwelcome. Which was a shame, as check in was lovely and we were given a room with a bath as requested, so I had high hopes. I won't bother in future, and will stay at a Travelodge, as it's clearly more my level

EElenaWe stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it! The room was cleaned and good size! The staff were very friendly and there was 24/7 service. The breakfast was delicious, had a great variety and worth the money! Also the breakfast times are very good as they extend more during the weekend allowing you to have a proper sleep and not have to get up early.

Helen on the desk is one of the loveliest people you'll probably encounter and if there's an issue they try their best to deal with it in a favourable manner so that you don't feel awkward or embarrassed, well once they know you better, you'll have to remember how many people they all deal with minute by minute and they aren't all reasonable, understanding or rationale but they all seem to keep their cool and keep a light humour to the situation which is lovely xx

WWhiteJohnThis was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.

Then was served by Macey in the bar area who joined us for a chat and was just such a pleasant girl who was so welcoming and just gave us amazing service throughout the evening. All the staff were friendly and very attentive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ***** The hotel is of a high cleanliy standard and the room smelt lush dont know what it was. This is definitely a place I would recommend and will definitely return. Thanks to all the team.
