So I booked this for an overnight stay for our first anniversary. Plumped for the executive room with a king-size bed, stocked bar, and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean. But I noticed that the fridge only had water, but speaking to Clare in front of house promptly solved the situation with housekeeping coming up to stock the fridge. Also a little later to give us a shower curtain ( I hadn't even noticed it wasn't there). Nice kettle and tea and coffee, didn't use it but it was there. Did notice a hairdryer, use the robes and slippers and the iron. Breakfast was great with four non dairy milk options my only complaint as someone with a dairy allergy and not an eater of pork. Was that after paying for breakfast my choice was very limited to just cereal, some mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans. Would suggest some vegan sausages, turkey bacon, tofu scramble on the menu as well as dairy free spread and cheese. But it was a lovely stay, amazingly friendly staff

Very disappointed. Hair dryer did not work. Plug on iron was brocken. Could not get the air conditioner to work. Apparently you have to ring reception and they do it for you. No information pack. Breakfast finishes at 9.30am ridiculous.

Hotel molto bello, accogliente, stanza bella e molto pulita, ho trovato un posto molto silenzioso esterno ed interno ed ho dormito benissimo. Letto, cuscini e coperta ottimi. Bagno bello con doccia moderna. Vicinissimo al centro di Leicester e stazione treni, si può andare a piedi tranquillamente ovunque. C'è un Tesco anche dove acquistare acqua e cibo per la notte. Receptionists molto gentili, sorridenti e disponili. Ci sono dei bagni sul Ground floor. Insomma sono rimasto contento, consigliato.

We stayed in the Ibis Leicester for 5 nights for the darts. Perfect location for the town centre and the Morningside Arena. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and always on hand if you have any problems or needed information getting to places. The rooms are basic but very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good though it is busy until around 8.30am, plenty of food help yourself basis.

Perfect hotel for what we needed. Parking is great and the location looking out on the king power even if your not a fan was nice. Was a little warm but the hotel supplied a fan in the room that worked nicely along with he ac.

Functional and spotlessly clean, this exceeded my expectations. I just wanted a bed for the night while visiting friends, but this would be an ideal place to stay if you were on a work visit. I didn’t use the kitchen or laundry room, but I can see these would be very useful if you were staying for an extended period. The iron and ironing board in the room was a useful addition. It was hard to cool the room with only one opening window, but it was one of the hottest days of the year when I visited. There are only three parking spaces, but plenty of parking available on nearby roads. Having the co-op just down the stairs would be very useful if you were staying for any length of time. Very impressed and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice business hotel with good selection for their breakfast. Clean and easy to access.
