Hotel berhampiran deSantosos Family Camping Ground, Lembang

Hotelnya baru, modern & bagus. Kekurangannya menurut pengalaman aku : 1. shower air panas nya bisa tiba2 dingin lalu panas lagi & dingin lagi, juga kecil aliran airnya. 2. Kolam renang dalamnya 1,5m jd anak2 susah utk berenang, terlalu dalam. Juga ukuran kolam tidak terlalu besar, dengan jumlah pengunjung yg berenang, jadi penuh bgt kolamnya. Tidak nyaman berenangnya. 3. Fasilitas kurang kalau utk sekedar staycation.

Nyaman,bersih,staf juga ok,rekomendasi bgt untuk perjalanan ke bdg nginep d sini

All foods are perfect, barbeque, tradional food, Chinese, etc. All drinks are perfect, specially Kopi Tarik.. All Deserts are perfect, specially kolak, donut+ice cream. All services from your employees are perfect (”Dengan senang hati”) Ambience is nice, cozy, and clean. PIC or Waiters: Febri

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

A business hotel located right in the heart of Bandung. We stayed here for a night after a tiring fun day at Lembang, before heading to Jakarta the next day. Didn't expect that there's a proper big running track and public library belongs to the municipal government. It was amazing! What is more surprising is when we open the curtain, view of Bandung city with mountains are picturesque. Room was okay and quite spacious. The pool was small however not enticing, but thr gym looks proper though. Breakfast buffet was just okay, with enough varieties and good coffee.

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly and very helpful. This hotel is good for its category. If you ask me will I come here again? the answer is of course yes. Tbh, I hope the restaurant will open for the next year. So, I don't need order for an online food only for breakfast. Thankyou, see u next trip Bandung.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Ambiente tranquillo con il personale molto qualificato gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione con servizio gradevole . La camera era come da foto scelta e insonorizzata , vicino al centro con possibilità di girare il centro a piedi

************* seneng bngt.. I'm satisfied with the service.. the room is pleasantly comfortable and everything is clean and hygienic.. Untuk masalh makanan, juga it's delish for sure ..ga ngasal, restonya bersih, that's the point ❤️.. Never doubt that I'm gonna back again soon
