"The cabin itself was nice, and the surrounding pine forest was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cabin wasn't very clean — the pillowcases had stains, and there was still urine on the toilet seat, which was disappointing. We booked the executive cabin for three people, but there was barely enough space for our bags. Next time, we’ll definitely go for a bigger room.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would love to come back!"

"Pros : The hotel is good, the room is good, the food was okay. The location is great, you can visit some tourist places that near from the hotel, its saving your time.
Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁

"This was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great."

"We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future."

GGuest UserIt was pleasure to stay at Villa Lemon, the room was so clean, the jungle view at rumah Kayu is so great, but the breakfast I thin the hotel need to improve. The taste just so standard, the option also not so many. Free 2 breakfast for each room. The helper man is so helpful. Forgot to ask the name but he is really kind man. More success for Villa Lemon

GGuest UserIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

TThe LimbongsThe hotel is generally satisfactory. We were assigned a room near a mini zoo, where a noticeable unpleasant odor lingered in the hallway and a slight musty smell in the room. GGuest UserEven if the hotel is located in a metropolis, it's pleasant to be in a setting with a different mood from the city's bustle. This place is good for some quiet time. My family of four went for a staycation, and the kids really enjoyed the glamping experience with much of game in playroom. I choose a Svada tent with a beautiful view of the city and mountains, near the trampoline and bonfire. The room is spacious, clean, and the hot water are really hot:)) I'll undoubtedly return there at some point in the future.

GGuest UserThe location is very strategic, on the side of the highway, but it is indeed a bit noisy. For the room it is spacious & quite comfortable but there is no air conditioning, the car can park right next to our room. The view is hill” & on the highway there is a strawberry garden.
the only drawback is that there is no swimming pool.

EErly/If you are looking for a mountain view, than it's the right place to rest. No wifi, limited channels on TV, limited options of food (Taste of foods are too salty or too sweet), limited service. Rooms are standard, water heater, coffee, and water are provided, they give you a pillow and a bolster per bed. You will only get towels, soap, shampoo, and no toothbrush or toothpastes. If you have more money, I suggest you to book the executive one rather than the standard one. The executive one offers spacious room. Rooms have no air cond, but air is cold enough and windy. One problem I hate most, flies are too many, they said flies always come after it stops raining though teh resort is in the high area. These flies were everywhere, and difficult to avoid them not to go inside the room either.
