Upon arrival, my wife found the room to be incredibly dirty and unwelcoming. The curtains were stained, with what appeared to be blood stains, and had holes that looked like they had been poorly patched up. The overall state of the room was shady and unsettling. To make matters worse, the bed did not have a proper blanket. When my wife approached the manager to request a blanket, she was rudely told that ”this is what you get here” and was instead offered an extra sheet. Shockingly, this sheet had dead bed bugs on it. The experience was extremely traumatic for her. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, my wife decided to leave the place after less than two hours. The manager's behavior was rude and dismissive, reiterating that ”this is what you get for the price” without offering any apology for the appalling conditions. To add insult to injury, we were charged for the entire night despite my wife having to leave due to the unacceptable conditions. We paid over $100 per night for this room, and the experience was far worse than any budget accommodation we have ever encountered. I am deeply disappointed with Wyndham for allowing such substandard conditions to persist under their brand. The management at this location needs to be reevaluated, or the property should be closed until significant improvements are made. I will be posting this review publicly to warn others about the conditions at this property until these issues are addressed. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to rectify these problems and ensure that no other guests have to endure such a horrific experience.
