Tres grande chambre pour 3 adultes Grand lit et 2 simple superposés 2 salle douche séparées bon matériel de lit et de confort chambre Le bémol la 1 * chambre très bruyante à l’entrée des ascenseurs et malgré notre demande la lampe chevet HS ensuite il serait judicieux de prévoir des brosses de toilette wc . Par contre nous avions retenu une place parking mais ayant un véhicule un peu long on m’a déconseillé d’y aller car place et accès très très étroit !! Il a fallu se garer bien plus loin et à un tarif prohibitif!! Petit déjeuner très bon très copieux très varié je recommande de l’inclure avec chambre il en vaut la peine En conclusion bien central pour achat pas loin de Caldea et si vous avez un petit véhicule c’est très bien

Estoy entre 3 y 4 estrellas porque la comida tiene luces y sombras. Los primeros platos muy buenos, risotto, macarrones al pesto, canelones, pero los segundos platos estaban regular y el entrecot duro, duro, no se podía comer, el salmón y el rape no estaban muy buenos, el único segundo plato que estaba bueno eran las albóndigas. Los postres bien. El lugar es muy acogedor, está muy limpio y el servicio muy amable. Tienen menú en agosto a 17'50€, medio menú 14€. La relación calidad precio es correcta. El lugar estaba lleno, conviene reservar.

Perfect location in Andorra. Very good support with the forfait purchase, the reception helped a lot with them. To highlight the breakfast with lots of options. To remark a bad point probably the heat at the rooms, in February we think that the temperature was so hot.

I went with a coach party from National Holidays. Apart from another coach arriving at the same time - which made thinga bit hectic at check in - everything was great. (the other coach only stayed one night). The rooms, food and staff were all fantastic as was the location. I cannot praise the hotel enough for making us more than welcome. I would go again either as an individual or as part oif a party.

We expected a 4-star customer service, we received an arrogant customer service. - upon arrival, we parked at the garage of the hotel not knowing they were all occupied. Instead of a warm welcome at the front desk, the first words mentioned were: “first move the car out of the garage, then we’ll proceed with the check in process”. After checkin, they explained us where to park the car. However, with missing details. On our own, we downloaded an App from the parking lot next to the hotel and even received 40% discount. Such information I would expect from a 4-star hotel. - Sauna/Swimming pool area: the hotel has 120 rooms. They have 20 spots per day to use this area, meaning 20 rooms per day can actually use the sauna and swimming pool during a single day. During our 3-day stay, the first two days were fully booked. For the last day, some of the slots available were at 1am and 2pm. We talked to the manager to see what she could do for us, we booked the hotel because of the sauna and swimming pool area. She did not provide options and again arrogantly said that on the web page it says “upon availability”. Legally OK, on the customer service side terrible.

Modern hotel in walking distance to spa, shopping, and restaurants . The superior rooms are above the river, shielded from traffic noise. Of, course, you need to like the sound of wild gushing water. The superior rooms have spacious tubs in addition to walk-in shower with rain fall head. Good selection of toiletry items, though some body lotion would have been nice. Ample breakfast choices, pastries, eggs, local cheeses, fruit, etc. However, nothing appropriate for brewing black tea. Hotel bastante céntrico ha solo 5 min del centro de andarles la vella. La instalaciones limpias y se respiraba tranquilidad. Aunque por la mañana se escucha el tráfico, ya que está en un calle importante. Lo que deja mucho que desear es el spa, pequeño solo 2 tipos de sauna y un jacuzi. Que si tienes que compartir es muy incómodo. Por lo demás, está bien.

The location of the hotel was prime, right next to the main street. Staff was very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a superior room which was very appreciated. A gift was also provided after checkout which made a good impression. Room itself and the views were close to exceptional.
