The hotel is not far away from the bus station. You can walk down to the Leukerbad Therme. There is very nice view to see the mountain. ⛰️

Aside from being a bit out of the way, this small town offered a truly comfortable stay.

The hotel is located close to the thermal baths and different restaurants, which was an advantage for us. The receptionist spoke perfect English and made us feel welcomed from the first minute. The service was on the highest level, I wished for all receptions to be like this. The offered breakfast was of great quality, there was a big choice of food and drinks, even milk (for vegetarians or lactose intolerance). The only minus was the parking- it says there is available parking on spot, but there is not. We had to park the car at the city hall parking, and then pay for it additionally. It wasn’t far away, but it was an unpleasant surprise. Other than this, everything was cool.

We booked a room with views to the mountains and got a room in the basement without any views. Additionally I've never seen so much dust underneath a bed like I did in that room

I never stay in this hotel, tried to call to ask for the location no one answered, I left voice message but no feedback, the address was confusing and all notes sent by the hotel through trip.com was in Spanish language, I thought the hotel was in swisserland

Absolutely excellent! The heating worked perfectly, and its location was fantastic, right next to a major landmark. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Hello We got an awesome room or say , It was a Suite with super pretty view. Breakfast was awesome. One thing I did not like . There was no thermostat or temperature control on the room. We had a duplex room and in the Top , It was very hot. The problem was that we couldn't control it

Everything was great but they forgot to give me the basket discount coupon Maybe can asking to get 🙂

Great location, comfortable bedding, good service. Only gripes are the carpet floor and the lack of a microwave.

I planned to stay two nights at Jungfraujoch in Interlaken. I booked this serviced apartment for a good price. However, I had a car accident. The reason for the accident was that the hotel is located in the mountains, over two hours' drive from Jungfraujoch Train Station, all on winding mountain roads. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel if you have less than 15 years of driving experience. Don't be tempted by the price.

The accommodation was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom and the view from the room. Although I checked in late, the night view was no joke, and the view in the morning was breathtaking. The hotel staff were also very friendly!

I was worried because there were many reviews about the room cleanliness and carpet, but The floor was made of wood and the bathroom was clean. I traveled with my mom and was very satisfied. I checked in late and had to call to confirm the check-in method.. And they kindly left a long guide at the reception, so I was very grateful. I stayed at the cheapest price and I highly recommend it to those who are going nearby. However, it was summer, not the season to go to the Leukerbad hot springs.. The road to Leukerbad was winding, so it was a difficult road for me, who was driving for the first time in a long time, not only for this hotel but also for those visiting the area.
