We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

It’s one of the nicest hotel compare to other hotels in Tibet. Staff weren’t the friendliest people but they are okay. Sometimes there’s door man sometimes no. Corridor is carpeted so it’s hard to push the luggages but you can always ask the hotel staff to help you. Location is a bit far from where all the buzz is… but easy to take a didi to the main area. Overall you basically paid more for standard shangrila standard. Comfortable bed.

Stayed in many 5atar hotels in my time and by far this hotel has the best service and professionalism! Reception, food and beverage Mr Thomas and GM Ms Claudia! We were suppose to stay at the intercontinental on our last night but decided to stay at Shangri-La. The buffet was amazing and having the oxygen bar to relax was superb! Thank you

隊友從珠峯迴來之後高反嚴重，還好得到了酒店醫務室的悉心治療。非常感謝醫務室的翟醫生、毛醫生和美女小姐姐！酒店的足部SPA也很棒，邊吉美女的手法很好，讓我從珠峯的寒冷恢復過來了。酒店洗衣服務很貼心地把一個脱線很久的地方補好了，超細心！贈送的歡樂時光晚餐很棒。在拉薩香格里拉酒店待的這兩天讓我們滿血復活，住宿體驗很好，感謝！

香巴拉是行政禮遇的下午茶和晚餐的指定餐廳，下午茶是一次也沒有來吃過，晚餐倒是來吃過二次，晚餐和雲頂的自助餐相比肯定是少了很多，其實環境還不錯，用餐的客人也不多，但是居然有人在這裏麪抽煙，服務員看到也不管還給拿煙缸，本來就是密閉空間還在裏面抽煙真是很無語，現在全國還沒有普及室內不能抽煙嗎？

**投訴內容** 1. **接待問題**： - 我於早上8:00到達酒店，接待的是一位藏族小妹。在我尚未開口的情況下，她就搖頭說：「沒有。」我感到非常困惑，難道她可以未卜先知嗎？然後我說想寄存行李，她才告訴我可以。 2. **房間號碼問題**： - 我詢問是否可以稍後給門僮房號，讓他在14:00時直接把行李放進房間。我將證件交給她，但她卻說：「不可以的，你到時到前台一起拿吧。」而且她還對我擺臭臉，就像我提出了什麼極過分的要求，這讓我感到非常不滿，這服務態度讓我難以接受，這不是酒店基本服務嗎？ 3. **早餐問題**： - 我訂了一個包含早餐的房間套餐，但沒有注意到最後一天早上需在6:00退房。因為我提早到達，希望能更改當天的早餐時間，但一位藏族小哥告訴我不可以。我說我最後一天早上6:00退房，早餐6:30才開始，他說到時可以給我打包，這樣的邏輯讓我困惑。感覺他的中文不太好，也很沒有耐心理解我的需求，只是急忙拒絕，而且感覺他是覺得我在想辦法占酒店便宜，他在努力維護酒店權益。最後一天因為提著很多行李，一大早準備趕飛機，我也懶得再提出要求，感覺酒店服務不夠靈活，員工也缺乏耐心理解客人的需求。作為拉薩數一數二的大酒店，第一印象讓我感到非常失望的。因高山反應和缺氧，坐完飛機又坐火車，已經很累，不想再跟前枱理論了。如果不是16:00辦理入住時前台的漢族大姐服務正常且客氣，我早就要投訴了。整體而言，漢族員工的服務還是非常到位的，而藏族員工的服務則顯得一般，甚至略顯固執。希望你們能加強對藏族員工的培訓，提升他們的服務質量。

香格里拉酒店作為老字號五星酒店的確值得一住。酒店無論是位置，房間，早餐，服務都非常的出色。孩子高反有些不舒服，二話不説送來兩個打包盒讓我隨便拿早餐。酒店還提供接機服務，非常人性化。

很不錯的酒店，給我們升了兩級，晚上可以靜靜地看着布達拉宮，漂亮，早餐很不錯，超值了，當地特色基本都有。香巴拉臻享歡迎飲品:要是每晚都有就好了，杏仁西米露 24小時製氧機高品質供氧服務:要是有兩個出氣口就完美了。

淡季在香格里拉準了三天，基礎房給升級到了豪華閣，這值得表揚。酒店禮賓很有禮貌，一路幫忙拿行李，拿外賣，跑上跑下，老牌酒店該有的服務態度。我跟我愛人兩個人高反，立馬叫了醫生並又拿了一台製氧機過來，這個服務精神真的點贊。但是缺點也比較明顯，位置不在市中心（打車大約10min），最要吐槽的就是衞生間設施，馬桶不是智能的，沒有加熱，洗漱間沒有空調！！！！這個真的不能理解，冬季零下好幾度，半夜起來上廁所或者洗澡出來真的要凍死！希望這個方面趕緊改進。

酒店位置非常好，離布達拉宮、羅布林卡、西藏博物館都非常近。每天都可以溜達到布達拉宮。酒店為藏式風格建築，房間有彌散供氧，並贈送2小衹便攜式氧氣瓶，服務熱情。
