已經是第2次入住了，感覺非常好，到西藏絕對是優先選項，強烈推薦。床品非常的柔軟，枕頭配有硬和軟兩款可根據自己的選擇調節。電視也是三星的色彩非常的漂亮，房間都配有製氧機隨時可以用，還有鼻吸管，非常好的緩解了我同伴的高反！製氧機制氧非常的安靜，開一個晚上都不影響睡眠！服務也非常好，一個電話什麼問題都馬上來解決！位置也十分的方便，步行5分鐘可以到達八廓街，步行到江蘇路主幹道出則繁華入則寧靜！附近都有很多餐廳，不管是到店吃飯還是外賣都非常方便！酒店非常的有質感，走廊上面全是掛畫，每一幅畫都是精品，可以細細觀賞，絕對是到西藏旅行休息，瞭解其文化氛圍的不二之選！

入住很快，房間也比較舒適，入住首選，滿意。酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的。酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情，效率高，基本有求必應，住的很滿意！非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，酒店前台很熱情，，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。酒店有旅遊線路可以定製旅遊包車。租車，酒店內也有西藏特產價格實惠！可以諮詢前台小哥哥！有關不懂的吃喝玩樂都可以諮詢前台小哥哥。

設施完善，除了加濕器，房間內也設有供氧設備，但好像需要單獨購買。

房間乾淨衞生，無異味。
環境：
緊鄰八廓街和大昭寺，離布達拉宮步行15分鐘可以抵達，打車也很方便。
服務：
自駕停車並沒有想象中的複雜，可以導航到西藏珠峯偉業國際購物中心，也就是走宇拓路，然後直行到八廓街，期間會路過警察哨崗，給警察説聲住店客户就可以放行了。
酒店停車場不大，但可以把車鑰匙交給保安，他們負責車輛的停放。

連續升級了三晚套房，終於回到原來的標配，説實話的，這個價格也還好靠地理位置和服務跟了，總體還是偏向滿意的，但是沒法給五星了
標配房還是明顯不足的，如房間過於窄小，沒有可以吃東西的桌子，廁所就對着床沒有抽風等，
好處就是服務周到，免費早餐，礦泉水，果盤，地理位置優越可以省不少時間和交通費，順便提一下，早餐雖然總類不多，但是有我喜歡的白粥油條鹹蛋（對於一個來自廣州連續吃藏餐尼泊爾餐吃到怕的人來説，真的是一種莫名的感動）

The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

We liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

這是一家非常棒的酒店！我們剛落地，乘坐機場大巴到達終點站後，酒店的師傅就來迎接我們了。師傅特別貼心，他知道我們初來乍到，擔心我們出現高反，主動幫我們拿行李。
酒店的服務人員也都特別好。前台小姐姐和客房小姐姐説話總是温聲細語的，讓人感覺格外温柔。本來我們約好了第二天的車準備出行，沒想到我和老公因為高反發燒，躺在床上渾身無力，根本起不來。前台小姐姐得知我們的情況後，很快送來了早飯、體温計和紅景天。真的非常感謝他們，讓我們在難受的時候感受到了温暖。🙏

Is very near to Potala Palace and Bakuo street . There is a park nearby makes it pretty noisy for afternoon nap after a long train ride as the music played nonstop or hourly basis even on weekdays . The breakfast is pretty basic spread .

PPengguna TetamuIt's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

Staff at the front line is not so helpful as expected when answering for transport assistance. Cleaniness of room is OK but one time staff forgot to clear the bin. XXiongbaooO踏入風馬飛揚門口的時候，豐盈暖色的前台環境以及芳姐的熱情讓人感覺很親切，房間很乾凈，被子裏真的像評論裏看到的有太陽的味道，晚上的地暖很足讓體寒的人很安心。
民宿一共有三層，一層院落裏的爬山虎錯落的很有時光沉澱的寧靜感，儘管冬天的桃樹蘋果樹還在卯着勁等發芽，坐在院子裏就好像記憶里老家的感覺，温馨和諧。除了每層都有的桌椅吊牀讓你享受拉薩的日光浴，天台的觀景台上可以欣賞寬闊的景色，布宮，雪山，還有隔壁起床梳頭的卓瑪沖你招手早安。
不管你是基於什麼目的來到拉薩，建議你來風馬，在落日後在爐火邊，和來自各地的朋友們圍坐在一起，很自然舒適的沒有壓力和麪具，衹有真誠聊天。行走過的路，看過的風景，遇到過的人，都將成為美好的記憶。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店的地理位置很不錯，停車場非常方便，可以步行去布達拉宮，去大昭寺和小昭寺，八廓街也不是很遠，早餐很棒！酒店前台的重慶小妹和酒店經理的藏族小美女都非常熱情的介紹周邊的餐飲以及遊玩路線～～～價格也很合適，美中不足的就是酒店裝修的有點早，各種硬件設施有點落後。
還有一個增分項就是，吃早餐的時候可以遠眺下布達拉宮

SShoufashichuandayuan賓館位於小昭寺區域南部，毗鄰北京西路（打車最好在北京西路那一側找一個離酒店近的點做目的地），步行五分鐘以內就是八廓街-大昭寺區域。酒店裝飾具有濃厚的藏族風情，木製傢俱別有特色。酒店工作人員服務熱情，頂層露台可以看到布達拉宮，底層咖啡館也非常棒。來拉薩旅遊值得考慮這裏作為落腳點。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
