Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann den interessanten Teil der Innenstadt (Jokhang Tempel) schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lobby ist sehr besonders und sehenswert.

這是我在拉薩住的最好的酒店了，沒想到酒店的負責人還是東北老鄉，親切感油然而生，酒店的枕頭超級大很舒服，房間乾淨，房間還配備了水果，可樂王老吉，礦泉水隨便喝，還配備了洗衣機和烘乾機，為客人提供了方便，早餐6樓可以看見布達拉宮，這種視覺美的不要不要滴，細節做的很到位，老闆都是站在客人的角度去想，一共住了兩晚，每次經過大廳都能看見酒店負責人在學習英語，看見她努力學習的樣子真美，前台很熱情會送我們到房間門口幫忙行李，我個人也是開酒店的，建議準備開酒店的老闆們可以來這裏住幾晚，很值得學習，今天還在**刷到本酒店還為定日縣送去一車的物資很受觸動，同時也是很敬佩酒店的老闆，把酒店做的這麼完善同時還賦有大愛，真是了不起，給平措康桑酒店點個大大的贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻下次還會再來，對了熱水特別熱😊

The hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

房間適合兩人住，有飄窗，放兩個24寸箱子沒問題。這是第二次入住，上一回是2021年4月。酒店前台服務好，晌應快；我們上午11點半到了，因為凌晨4點起床坐飛機，前台馬上給我們安排房間。熱水很好。房間裏有彌散式充氧機，下午三點後打開，有助於晚上睡覺；早餐品種挺多，喜歡喝酥油茶。入住送點心，每晚送一杯牛奶和一杯紅景天。缺點是我們訂的房間在陰面，剛入住時感覺有點潮氣，打開𥦬户放了放就基本沒有了

這次拉薩之行，我們一家三口入住了這家酒店，原本計劃住兩天，但因為體驗太好，又續住了兩天，真的非常推薦！
首先，房間規格很高，乾淨整潔，住得非常舒適。剛到高原時，身體有些不適應，但酒店的服務讓我們倍感温暖。特別是扎西大哥，主動幫我們搬行李，非常貼心。前台的楊熔和汪靜兩位小姐姐更是熱情周到，不僅為我們準備了熱的紅景天茶，還耐心地教我們如何使用房間內的設備，細節做得很到位。
酒店的專車接送服務也很方便，提前預約好行程後，出行完全不用擔心，省心又省力。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒，每天都能吃得很滿足。
總的來説，這次住宿體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給來拉薩的朋友們！無論是服務、設施還是地理位置，這家酒店都無可挑剔，值得五星好評！

YYennyI have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in.
They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

民宿一共有三層，一層院落裏的爬山虎錯落的很有時光沉澱的寧靜感，儘管冬天的桃樹蘋果樹還在卯着勁等發芽，坐在院子裏就好像記憶里老家的感覺，温馨和諧。除了每層都有的桌椅吊牀讓你享受拉薩的日光浴，天台的觀景台上可以欣賞寬闊的景色，布宮，雪山，還有隔壁起床梳頭的卓瑪沖你招手早安。
不管你是基於什麼目的來到拉薩，建議你來風馬，在落日後在爐火邊，和來自各地的朋友們圍坐在一起，很自然舒適的沒有壓力和麪具，衹有真誠聊天。行走過的路，看過的風景，遇到過的人，都將成為美好的記憶。

WWanderfieIt’s one of the nicest hotel compare to other hotels in Tibet. Staff weren’t the friendliest people but they are okay. Sometimes there’s door man sometimes no. Corridor is carpeted so it’s hard to push the luggages but you can always ask the hotel staff to help you. Location is a bit far from where all the buzz is… but easy to take a didi to the main area. Overall you basically paid more for standard shangrila standard. Comfortable bed.

#衞生先説衞生方面：客棧整潔無異味，房間整潔，一樓接待客廳裝修精良，乾淨敞亮#服務老闆服務熱情，服務態度特別棒，主動幫忙提行李，熱心幫助分析旅遊路線，平常在房間裏有什麼需要的向老闆説老闆都會第一時間給予迴應，老闆還很貼心開車送我們去往八廓街等景區，服務🔝🔝🔝#位置交通客棧位置雖然不是在布達拉宮或者大昭寺等景區旁邊，但是説實話拉薩市區挺小的，騎電瓶車十幾分鍾就可以到市區，打車的話時間更短了，可以説是瑕不掩瑜#性價比這是不得不誇的一個點了，在拉薩旅遊的旺季，其他居住稍微舒適一點的酒店一晚都是三百往上走的，但是在這家客棧，我是以一晚一百多的價格拿下有着空調，加濕器，製氧器的房間，性價比可以説是拉薩最高的，老闆也沒有因為我們佔到這麼大的便宜而對我們有所情緒，相反的還對我們給予細無鉅細的關心和幫助，這讓我們很感動，也側面反應了老闆的品格是多麼的高尚，真的下次要是還有機會來拉薩，這家客棧絕對是我們選擇住宿的第一選擇

PPengguna Tetamu整個酒店外觀看起來高大尚，藏式裝修風格，樓道有一股藏香味，雖然房間裝修看起來有點陳舊，但完全不影響使用，充電插口還特別多，早餐很豐盛，我們共定2房間連住2晚，是此次西藏行程中最滿意、性價比最高酒店

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
