來連雲港旅遊，因為是如家會員，所以這次還是繼續選擇住在如家酒店，這家店的位置還不錯，坐車去在海一方和連島都很方便，20多公里，一路上暢通無阻，不到一個小時就到了，因為連日下雨，屋內有漏水和牆皮脱落的情況，告知前台後馬上換了一間房子，態度非常誠懇，前台的幾位姑娘每次見面都會打招呼，需要物品的時候打個電話就送到了，還有保安大叔幫我打掃屋裡的牆灰，還有保潔的阿姨和餐廳的阿姨都很熱情，非常感謝你們，，歡迎大家來北京旅遊，希望在不久的將來咱們再一次相見，我已平安到家啦，再見！大家保重！

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. Only 20 minutes away by car from Huaguoshan sightseeing. Prices are reasonable. And I could mention their cute little robot delivering food straight to your door. Fantastic!!!

這次連雲港旅行結束 也是迫不及待來寫一下自己自此的感受。首先這個價位的維也納也是第一次住 我原本以為衹是新店開業才價格低 維也納怎麼也算得上四星級酒店吧 首先就是服務 大家出來玩 本來就是圖開心 但是這次維也納的服務我真的巨巨巨巨無語😓 我們入住的時候 辦理入住特別慢 非常慢 如果人多我也就接受 理解了 但是人根本不多 前台辦理入住的人員應該是第一天上崗吧 水平很慢 但是可以慢慢學 我最不能接受的就是慢 還特別理直氣壯 我當時很生氣 但是我的女朋友在極力的勸導我 所以沒有照片 希望維也納可以加強一下服務意識吧 這是其一 還有其二 我們入住的房間 竟然沒有洗漱用品和紙巾 我們從下午辦完入住出去 到晚上回來到房間內 還沒有給我們送來 期間我在房間電話溝通過一次 後來出去的時候 我又和前台説了一次 這是兩次 都沒有送來 好了 我可以忍受 當我們晚上回到房間 發現還沒有來 又再次致電前台 在此期間 空調一直不涼 （注意我説的不是冷 是涼 涼快的感覺都沒有！！！） 然後這個時候是晚上的九點多 我和前台説空調不製冷 前台説 給我們找個師傅修理一下 注意晚上九點多 男師傅來修理的 OK 我也能接受 畢竟修理師傅可能存在衹有男師傅的問題 但是我當時打電話的時候 我的訴求還沒有説完 前台給我掛了！ 給我掛了！！ 懂嗎 就是我説我的房間空調壞了 然後我想説順便把我們之前沒有送的洗漱用品和紙巾帶上來唄 我沒有説完 就給我掛了！ 或許是感覺我的問題和事情比較多吧！（畢竟是住的房間問題多！） 這是他們的服務！ 怎麼説呢 二百多的價格或許不是維也納 但是你這個維也納二百多都不值得 ！！！ 服務差的和賓館的都沒法比！ 任何一家酒店我認為衹要能稱上酒店的 你有訴求都得解決 哪怕沒有解決 也得聽完並給個理由吧！ 如果這個維也納一直是這個服務的話 我感覺這家維也納也到頭了！ 現在再説一下酒店設施 房間內的馬桶智能馬桶漏水 我本來想反饋的 可是前台那囂張跋扈的態度 讓我確而止步 哎 酒店衞生也還可以吧 一些死角的垃圾沒有清理 就這樣吧 如果大家想出來玩圖開心的話 我感覺還是避雷這家吧 畢竟也就幾百塊 心情開心最重要 最後祝看到這條評論的家人們 出去遊玩都能住到一個開心滿意的房間吧 畢竟天大地大睡覺最大 不能睡不好！ 避雷吧 家人們！
