一進房間就有幾個蒼蠅，還有很多小螞蟻，不能接受的是睡覺的時候看見一個類似蟑螂的蟲子爬在牀頭櫃邊，可能因為附近都是草叢吧，夏天因為都是木頭建造的原因，一股曬的油漆味，最不能接受的就是中午1，2點就説了要提前定晚上的燒烤單説要提前準備食材，等到7點的時候酒店還沒有任何動靜，然後發訊息給前台，前台説在生火，過了半個小時去吧枱問燒烤好了沒有，被告知沒有準備燒烤食材，大人都無所謂，小孩子餓呀，沒有食材下午不提前告知，非要等到7點多去前台問了才説沒有食材，讓我們去外面吃，如果沒有開車的話，大晚上這麼偏僻的地方帶着孩子走路得走多遠才能吃的上飯…

首先民宿有一個大後院拍照很出片～ 超讚！ 其次住宿環境也很棒，我們住的觀山房，房間算是三面都是大窗户了，拉開窗簾就可以看到花果山～ 民宿的位置是在山腰，徒步走上去的話非常費勁，退房下山的時候把我們送到了遊客中心～大家去住的話可以提前聯繫民宿，是有接送服務的。

心想着下小雪過來，能到山頂看看霧凇美景。千算萬算沒算到雪天景區閉園。還好酒店附近雪天景色也不錯，海清寺，大聖湖都溜達了一圈。酒店的雙人間也挺好，兩張一米五床的雙人間很難得，床軟硬適中，睡着很舒服。沒能看到霧凇也算是個遺憾，希望明年能有機會過來打打卡。

設施：到位，拖鞋，毛巾，牙膏牙刷，梳子，吹風機，衣架什麼都有。 衞生：乾淨整潔舒適清爽 環境：比想象中還要好，空氣清新離花果山景區特別近走路就到了，門口就是停車位很方便。 服務：服務很好，還幫忙拿行李，來回都打招呼。
