Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. Lijiang is a beautiful city that I came from. Many times already Recommend this hotel His employees are very helpful. Delicious breakfast

Went to Lijiang with my elderly parents. Selected this hotel based on its location, which is outside of the ancient city, but near enough to walk to. There is no need to lug suitcases on cobblestone road and there is a lift to every floor so it was elder-friendly. It is also not far from Heilongtan. We stayed here for 3 nights. Got complimentary room upgrade. Staff are friendly and helpful, all the way from from the main reception, to housekeepers, to cafe, to breakfast crew. When tired from walking around town, mahjong was also available. Cannot remember everyone by name, but would like to thank the whole team, 小娟，安娜 for a wonderful stay.

Best decision ever to stay at Intercontinental Lijiang. It was more than what we imagined, and definitely no regrets. Impeccable experience and would highly recommend to everyone!!! Special shoutout to Miya for her outstanding service and making us feel welcomed :)

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

是正式的酒店，房間設施還是挺新的。衞生乾淨，尤其是衞生間。服務還挺到位。經理還詳細介紹了旅遊路線的情況。對我們幫助很大。房間也很特別，雙床房有兩個獨立的空間。衞生間的花灑是TOTO恆温式的，非常好用。賓館有停車場。離麗江古城風景區有1公里左右吧。很方便的。

服務方面，酒店的工作人員熱情好客，真誠友善。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，便能感受到他們無微不至的關懷。無論是詳細地介紹麗江的旅遊景點與當地美食，還是貼心地為客人安排出行的車輛與行程，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處。在這裏，每一位工作人員都像是一位親切的朋友，讓你在異鄉也能感受到家的温暖。

La estancia fue perfecta. La posada es muy bonita y se encuentra en una zona tranquila dentro de la ciudad antigua. Ubicación perfecta. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y pacientes, y siempre se encargaron de que nos encontrásemos bien durante la estancia. Nos ofrecían todos los días fruta, delicias de la zona, té y leche caliente por la noche. Recomendado 100%.

Great experience. The staff are super attentive, they pick you up at the entrance of the old town, they offer fresh fruit, tea...The rooms are big, clean and have modern facilities. We recommend it a 100%.

Wonderful preparation by the manager of Duofu resort , it was conveniently located at ancient town to the right and the left main entrance faces the Main Street. It was lovely decoration and upgrade by the kind manager in charge. Lovely rose and nice tea set with little gift of note and mask provided for his care and attention. However the room was smelly a little fishy smell but it was said it was because of rainy season in Lijang. So we had to get our own lemon spray to cleanse the room smell or else it was a mix of heavy smoking cigarettes and fishy smelly it was pure horrible. Breakfast was yummy too well to the palate of ours as it’s light season. The food in Lijang was heavily seasoned. Overall we are happy with our stay here. Beautifully declarer at every corner with great service 🥰

酒店房間環境硬件設施相當不錯，如果酒店集團來管理估計可以評四星以上了吧？庭院流水，錯落有致，可惜現在民宿管理，浪費了，衹能保證個房間乾淨整潔，院子都沒人打理，早餐更是糟糕，沒有幾樣蛋白質，連花生米都沒。後面臨街，偶有嘈雜，還好。
