We stayed here 3 nights and the staff made sure every detail was perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager who gave us a tour of the premises, showed us our room, and delivered a basketful of fresh local fruits. All of the furniture and devices (including a humidifier, steamer, and dyson hair dryer) in our room was of excellent quality and made for the most relaxing stay possible. The hotel is also perfectly situated and in walking distance from the Old Town, Black Dragon Pool Park, and a lively shopping mall, and we had no trouble getting around. All of the staff members that we met were incredible kind and helpful—offering local recommendations, tips, and even 1:1 chauffeur service up and down the hill! The service and quality of our stay here truly felt like that of a 5-star hotel, except one that was infinitely more personable and individualized than the service you would receive at a corporate chain hotel. This spot is truly one of a kind and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lijiang! Thank you Ah-Liang and the whole team for everything!

The room is very clean and big. The host is very nice. A few of our friends have caught a fever due to the difference in sea high level. The host allowed us to rest despite the checkout time.

My partner and i had a recent three-day stay here and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we landed at the airport, the hotel's hospitality shone through. The host ensured our taxi pickup was punctual, making our journey from the airport to the hotel smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival at the accommodation, we were warmly greeted by the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His friendliness and helpfulness extended throughout our stay, providing valuable information about the area and ensuring our needs were timely met. The welcome package, complete with fresh fruits, was a delightful touch that added to the warm reception. The view from our room, especially at night overlooking the old town, was simply breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with daily cleaning services and a replenishment of water and towels. Additionally, the host was readily available to answer any questions, whether through WeChat or in person, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service. Overall, my experience at Shanyu Nian Moon Allure City Villa Ancient Luxury Collection was superb, thanks to the attentive host, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice and clean hostel with a beautiful view over the ancient city. Friendly and thoughtful staff, walking distance to the ancient city of Lijian. If I come back to Lijian, I will definitely book this hostel again!

衞生：非常好，我們帶了很多一次性用品都沒用上。 設施：嶄新齊全，應有盡有。 服務：老闆人非常好，會幫忙接送帶行李。 視野：超級棒，能夠俯瞰古城。 這次遺憾行色匆匆，希望下次能淡季過來好好感受一下。

酒店非常好 因為還沒有到節日老闆直接就幫我升級了全景房 到了之後全程都會幫忙提行李 離古城北門非常近 走兩步就到了 房間也挺乾淨的 設施設備都很齊全還可以熨衣服 可以看到古城的大致全貌很美適合情侶一起來住

非常滿意👍這家民宿給我們留下了深刻的印象。環境衞生方面，房間乾淨整潔，一塵不染，公共區域也打掃得十分到位。服務更是貼心周到，有求必應，讓人感受到家的温暖。位置也非常優越，周邊交通便利，附近還有許多景點和美食。我們在這裏住了三天，既能享受寧靜的氛圍，又能方便地探索周邊。總之，這家民宿是一個非常不錯的選擇，強烈推薦給大家，相信你也會在這裏度過一段美好的時光。

環境非常不錯！鬧中取靜。衞生非常乾淨，整潔。還可以看見整個古城的夜景超級美。我對這家民宿的整體感覺非常滿意。從預訂到離開，每個細節都處理得井井有條。特別是他們的服務人員，特別感謝阿樑，態度熱情又專業，讓我們感到賓至如歸。下次我還會選擇這家民宿。

設施：設施完善燈啊什麼的都有沒事可以休閑的喝杯下午茶 環境：酒店外面有很多綠植屋內非常的乾淨，在屋內可以聽到下雨聲可以解解悶 衞生：衞生非常得好，屋內很乾凈，桌子上幾乎沒有灰塵，床上地上還有浴室那些都非常得好，非常的乾淨 服務：樓本週帶得很周到，會幫你提醒你，而且還有免費的早餐，還有水果，想吃什麼東西可以叫阿姨給你做，就像私廚 以上是10歲小朋友寫的 下次去玩還會住 環境：非常好

酒店老闆非常好人！我們其中一個大行李很重，他看到二話不說立刻跑下來幫我搬，而且免費升級套房給我們，又送水果，當我們出門時多次提醒我們塗防曬和解答問題，隔天我們包車去香格里拉，也是他幫我們找的，總括而言這間民宿值得再次光顧😌還有一隻名叫小黑的貓貓很黏人很可愛☺️

平時出行旅行對吃住比較有要求，來雲南一週，前幾天分別在大理，麗江，香格里拉都是住的酒店。從來沒有住過民宿，家人想體驗一下民宿的慢生活感覺，於是在網上找到了這一家民宿，位置環境鬧中取靜，離古城走路幾分鐘距離，很方便，出門到處都是餐館超市，點外賣都能送到。這家民宿還有很多小可愛，貓咪，松鼠，小鳥。貓咪非常好擼，性格特別好，跟人很親近。管家也很好，我們到店後，幫我們拿行李，端水果，拿水。主動諮詢我們需要喝茶嗎？晚上去古城回來很晚，還開三輪到路口來接我們。回家的飛機是凌晨，特意在頭一天拿了很多糕點和奶讓我們當早飯，雖然沒有吃成被機場安檢沒收了，但是還是很感謝。總之，如果來麗江想悠閑的旅行，真的可以來這裏入住。衹是儘量住樓上，客人較多的時候，一樓比較吵。

嘿，簡直美得像幅畫兒！它就像一顆閃亮的星星，悄悄藏在山水裡頭，走進去感覺就像穿越到了古代文人寫的那種詩裡頭。中式庭院，古味十足，每塊磚每片瓦都透着那麼一股子雅緻和高級，園林設計也是絕了，走哪兒都是景，相機都拍不過來，美得讓人詞窮！ 住這兒的感覺就是心靈的港灣啊。房間又大又亮堂，光線柔和得不行，窗外就是青山綠水，看着就像給心靈洗了個澡，清爽得不得了。還有啊，每間客房裝修得都不一樣，温馨又上檔次，一進門兒就把煩惱忘光光，跟回家似的。 再聊聊民宿的主人吧，他簡直就是這裏的“暖心大哥”。你一進門，他就笑眯眯地迎上來，還給你泡熱茶，熱情得不行。他還會給你介紹周邊的好玩地方和好吃的東西。有啥需要幫忙的，他立馬就出現，腦子轉得快，手腳也麻利，幫你解決問題，讓你感覺就像在自己家一樣自在。 這家民宿不衹是個睡覺的地兒，更是個讓人心裏癢癢、不想走的神仙地兒。要是你受夠了城市的吵鬧，想找個安靜的地兒躲躲，這兒絕對是首選。來這兒住幾天，保證你身心都放鬆，樂不思蜀！相信我，你會愛上這兒的，留下一堆美好的回憶！

位置挺好，就在古城北門坡，鬧中取靜，吃飯購物也方便，房間可以看到古城景色，有早餐味道也不錯，連住還有專車接，前台小姐姐也很好，服務熱情，有求必應，房間設備也不錯，床品很舒服乾淨，風格也是侘寂風很高級。
