The staffs are friendly, very kind. Good welcome service. Back entrance to main road, main entrance to old town. Convenient to go old town. Room is clean and comfortable but just one thing, there are no toilet door. Simple and enough breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to come to Lijang.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The location is perfect — the front entrance opens directly into Lijiang Old Town, while the back entrance is very convenient for Didi cars, making arrivals and departures extremely easy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and their service was consistently warm and attentive. The entire property is clean and well-maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised when they offered our family a free room upgrade within the courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special mention goes to the staff for being so helpful with advice on visiting Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Their guidance made the trip smooth and hassle-free. There is also a bus station just about 200 meters from the back entrance, where you can conveniently take Bus 101 straight to the JDSM area. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, perfect location, and thoughtful staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The best stay and sleep I had in Yunnan, China. Location is great, the backdoor is direct to main road, easy for drivers to pick up and drop off. I was greeted with warm tea, fruits and the tastiest flower biscuits. The room I had was quiet, the TV has paid drama which was really nice.

Stayed for 4D3N The hotel is located near the end of the Old Town — quiet yet convenient. If you’re using Didi, set your drop-off or pick-up location to “Two-Yuan Bread”, as it’ll bring you directly to the back door of the hotel. The staff here are very helpful and accommodating. As we’re Muslim, they thoughtfully prepared soya drinks, bread and other suitable options for breakfast. There are also a few Halal restaurants nearby — just exit through the back gate, turn right and cross the road. You’ll find several Halal stalls and hotpot places within walking distance. Really appreciate the hospitality — one of the female staff even waited with us until our Didi arrived and helped load our luggage into the car. A lovely stay overall!

Great service and great room

I give the Ladies who work here five stars, especially Harper. They are lovely, friendly and keen to work. They work so hard and try every ways to make you happy. I felt dizzy because of high latitude 2400m. They gave me portable oxygen and changed my surprised room from split-level room to one level ground floor room with high ceiling next to the reception. I can’t speak Chinese so I spoke English with Harper and sometimes we use google translate. It was a happy time.
