First-timers to Lijiang, this guesthouse is the perfect choice! The overall ambiance is incredibly soothing. The 6th floor boasts a chic and timeless French artistic decor. The rooms have excellent natural light, and the cleanliness is impeccable, even in the corners. The rooms are fully equipped with smart devices, and the mattress is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Toiletries, hairdryer, and other amenities are all high quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. I absolutely love the viewing platform in the common area on the 6th floor. On a clear day, the views are expansive, and you can look up and see the snow-capped mountains – truly atmospheric. The location is superb, very close to the Ancient City and Black Dragon Pool. It's easy to get to various attractions by using shared bikes. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone traveling to Lijiang!

After a day of sightseeing, I returned to my room with my luggage to rest. The butler had prepared afternoon tea, and there was a tea party in the evening. We all enjoyed tea and chatted together. Right opposite was Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, standing silently. Time seemed to slow down. The cafe rooftop was exclusively for guests to enjoy the view and do handicrafts. It's a short walk to Black Dragon Pool, the old town's core commercial area, and food streets. Shuhe and Baisha Ancient Towns are a quick trip away, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is easily accessible. There's also a gym and a washer/dryer.

About a 20-minute walk from Lijiang Old Town, this B&B features an elevator, which was super convenient for luggage. The moment we stepped into the courtyard, we were instantly impressed – the whole place has a wonderful vibe. The room was spacious and comfortable; my child absolutely loved it and wasn't even keen on going out to explore the old town. The common areas are well-equipped, with a self-service laundry room and a massive bookshelf stocked with many children's picture books and toys, making it perfect for families. Breakfast was also excellent, with attentive and thoughtful service. The B&B offers afternoon tea, and in the evening, there's a tea gathering where you can relax and chat. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

This French-style courtyard hotel in Lijiang perfectly met all my needs! 🏡 It's just a twenty-minute walk to the Big Waterwheel, so I didn't have to deal with the crowds at the Old Town entrance. Being off the main thoroughfare meant I could explore the Old Town at my leisure, avoiding all the noise. The moment I stepped through the gate, the street noise just vanished. This perfectly solved the common problem of Old Town guesthouses being noisy due to their proximity to the street and constant tourist traffic. The suite was spacious and didn't feel cramped, unlike many other guesthouses. While the room itself didn't offer a snow-capped mountain view, the exclusive rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze, and gazing at the distant, continuous mountain range – truly a cure for travel fatigue. The concierge was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay, promptly responding to any requests, which saved me the hassle of worrying about everything when I went out. The breakfast was decent and convenient, so I didn't have to search for food elsewhere. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; the outside tourist noise didn't disturb my rest at all. It truly offered a tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle. Both the location, comfort, and service were ideal. I'll definitely be choosing this courtyard again on my next trip to Lijiang.

My friend who visited Lijiang before told me not to stay inside the scenic area, saying it's so noisy you can't sleep even past 2 or 3 AM. I randomly booked this place online, and it's not far from the ancient town. More importantly, it's conveniently located for visiting Black Dragon Pool and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The owner even provides airport and train station pick-up, which was a huge relief. It's a private courtyard, so it's incredibly quiet, and the decor is super stylish. The large rooftop terrace faces the snow mountain directly, and watching the sunset in the evening from there is absolutely stunning! The room facilities are very high-end, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and all the toiletries are brand-name. The housekeeper is on call, helps plan out your entire itinerary, and there are even evening social gatherings where you can make handicrafts together. If you want a quiet and relaxing vacation, you should definitely stay here.

I honestly don't recommend staying inside the Old Town; it's noisy day and night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. This place is perfectly situated, not far from the Old Town, and conveniently located for trips to Black Dragon Pool and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The owner even provides airport/station pickup (airport pickup for a 3-night stay, station pickup for a 2-night stay), which saves a lot of hassle. This guesthouse is private and incredibly quiet, with stylish decor. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains, especially beautiful at sunset. The room amenities are top-notch; the bed was incredibly comfortable, and even the toiletries are brand-name. The housekeeper is on call, ready to help with anything, and they'll even plan your sightseeing routes. They also offer Dongba script experience, evening calming tea ceremonies, and DIY bracelet activities! If you're looking for a peaceful vacation away from the crowds, choosing this place is a surefire win.

The best hosts I've ever had. They even brewed pu'er tea for us at their own expense. As a muslim group, I asked if they could provide halal food recommendations, and they always provided good food recommendations! Will definitely stay here again if I were to come Lijiang again. The host also brings you to the roof of the hotel and teaches you about stars!

Great location! Backing onto Elephant Hill and next to Black Dragon Pool, it's super convenient for getting to the Old Town or popular photo spots, all within a 10-20 minute walk. It perfectly solves the dilemma of wanting to be close to the action without the noise. Stepping into the room felt like being transported from Lijiang straight into a romantic, vintage French setting. Each suite is uniquely designed, offering great privacy. The suite I stayed in had a stylish black and white vintage French decor, perfect for a masculine aesthetic. It featured a cool husky-themed minibar and a full-length mirror that's great for photos. The Serta mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the smart home system for guest control, along with Malin+Goetz toiletries, showed a meticulous attention to modern residential comfort in every detail. The art gallery and reading room on the 5th floor are very picturesque, and the snow-capped mountain view terrace on the 6th floor is truly special.

Extremely satisfied with everything, the environment and decor are excellent. You could easily spend a whole day here, especially levels five and six – they're just perfect! I'll definitely be back. 😊

I was really happy with my stay; the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was also incredibly kind, and the service all around was excellent. Plus, on the sixth floor, they have an evening tea ceremony around a stove, which was a lovely experience for a chat. I highly recommend staying here!

Honestly, this place is beyond perfect! Both the rooms and the common areas are absolutely stunning, with incredible design that's super photogenic. The service is also top-notch. I casually asked for an Americano, and the barista made it perfectly, even bringing along a little snack. You could honestly spend an entire day just enjoying the guesthouse itself. I recommend it to everyone! And the best part is, every single place to eat around the guesthouse is fantastic – way better than any 'influencer-hyped' spots or anything in the Old Town!
