One night stay for visiting Silverstone. We had booked a standard double and were allocated an accessible room. Spacious room, clean but mattress needs replacing as ‘collapsed’ in some areas.

Wonderful views and lovely cars. F1 fan so I enjoyed the circuit and the easy access to the museum. Other than that, there’s nothing else near this location but these few attractions, which makes this place a little boring. But other than that, loved the hotel.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.

Very good location. Staffs were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant menu needs to be improved and assured to comply with the health and hygiene issues as we had bad experience after dine in. Apart from above issues it was good.

Went for a race weekend. Booked a room track facing with balcony and was not disappointed. The service was ok once you got the staff’s attention. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of continental or English and very nicely cooked.

Done the Porsche driving experience with lunch and afternoon tea which was an excellent day with great food and service. We decided to stay at the Garden in hotel for convenience and booked the Box Bar restaurant, the hotel was perfectly adequate and the staff polite, however, the dining experience was ok but lacked imagination, the cheeseboard came with quartered white toast, not biscuits or rustic bread or something interesting, cost £230.00 for 4, we asked for Malbec off of the menu but they did not have any left so we shared a bottle of Rioja instead, after paying we noticed we had been overcharged by £40.00 (wine + service charge) as the bottle of Malbec that they didn’t have in stock was also on the bill, the waitress apologised then came to the table with a bottle of Shiraz to take away and asked we accept instead of a refund which was a bit bizarre (who would take home a bottle of wine that would cost £9 to buy and pay £40 for it) we requested the refund to be told there was no manager on duty so she couldn’t provide a refund, she took our card details and said the manager would sort out in the morning. I pulled the restaurant manager at breakfast who told me he had already arranged for the refund to be made, I have since called the hotel to chase and spoke to Natalie, she looked into it and called me back to say the receipt had been found with my card details and the refund will be made, that was a week ago, I paid them for the room straight away, I paid for the meal straight away, I have waited 3 weeks for Hilton to issue my refund which is not acceptable, I will continue to chase them, I am back in the area next weekend, If not received by then, I will pop in Saturday night and will speak to the restaurant manager and clearly voice my my dissatisfaction and provide some entertainment for the diners, maybe then he will pull his finger out and sort out their error. If you decide to dine at this restaurant then please make sure you check your bill and refuse to leave without obtaining a refund.

After numerous stays, loyalty proves worthless. I stay at this location monthly and have done so over the past six months and during these stays, have encountered issues being poor customer service, poor breakfast offering, broken equipment on every occasion. I am a Hilton Diamond member and on my last stay, I was told that they would mark my name and on the next stay, make it up by offering a significant upgrade. Sadly this didn’t occur after being told the benefits to being a diamond member like I am new to the brand. The staff at lunch were superb and offered great service and should be praised as they did represent the brand to perfection. With a new FY almost upon us, perhaps it’s time to look at the other options like Accor or Marriott moving forward if this is the standard at Hilton’s now.

Great hotel, stylish and comfortable beds. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the track side with a large hip height window the whole length of the room. The bar area has a great viewing balcony and on a nice day you could sit with a drink and watch the track days. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of staff keeping the food stocked up.

The hotel bar and restaurant is a fantastic place for spending time at the home of British Motorsports for F1 enthusiasts. The fact that you are trackside at one of the most iconic tracks while watching the sport at the bar is truly sensational. The staff are always polite and friendly and every time we have been to visit we are always made to feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is of a very high standard and delicious and we have always enjoyed spending time here. However, I felt compelled to correct the previous review of ‘Leslie P’ who has given the hotel one star due to noisy kids, not that this would ever be the hotel’s fault in the first instance. I am one of the said parents of these so called ‘noisy kids’ and I’d like to understand what exactly is classed as ‘noisy’. We were sat as a family and are also guests of the hotel and were minding our own business enjoying the launch of F1 live that was on the screen, there was no noise other than low level conversations. We were not oblivious to anything and fully aware of what our children were doing, which is probably why the staff felt no need to say anything as you were actually having a moan about nothing. We could fully hear you and your husband having a moan at every possible thing you could including getting annoyed at two grown men who were cheering at football scores and the fact that your husband hated all the livery’s of the cars and how you could ‘just cry’ as your husband birthday was ruined. Seriously, if you wanted privacy, you should have booked an Air BnB but I guess that would be too boring as you’d have nothing to moan about and wouldn’t have got a free drink from the bar just to placate you and keep you quiet. Maybe the reason your husbands birthday was ruined is because you chose he wrong trip for him, rather than blaming the hotel for your inability to accept other people exist in the world (see some of her previous reviews). At the end of the day the hotel is great and very accommodating, especially if you enjoy a nice atmosphere and Formula 1.
