Totally is fine. But I really don't like dark room. There were 2 bulbs down. I call that service at 6 pm, they directly came to check and they came back with new bulbs at 9pm. Maybe the replacement not available at that time. But because my children were sleeping at that moment so I cancel it.

Pesan kamar pool view tp ga dikasi. Hari pertama sarapannya sedikit kyknya krn tamunya sedikit, hari kedua menunya full. Kolam renangnya kmrn ga bersih, pdhl sebelumnya bersih.

Kamar nyaman, makanan oke, staf ramah, lokasi di tanah datar. Cocok untuk bersama keluarga

Very nice place to stay, close to the market and palace. Our breakfast staff were fantastic, particularly the wonderfully professional Ali. This is a lovely hotel with great ambience and beautiful decor. Definitely recommend staying here should you wish to visit this region of West Sumatra.

Absolutely loved every aspect of the hotel. Our room was amazing with a huge, super comfy bed, great pillows and luxury linen. The bathroom was great with hot water and high pressure shower. Awesome views over the sweeping rooftops typical to this area with misty mountains in the background. The breakfast was incredible - HUGE range of both local and European food, super friendly staff. We stayed two nights and loved it. The pool was great too and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and a good range of places to eat.
