Hotel berhampiran Community Stadium Chapel di Limassol

First time here as we usually stay with mum who lives in Limassol. I understand this use to be a COVID hub hotel so it’s well known and centrally located in town by many restaurants and clubs close by and opposite a lovely beach. We arrived late 11:45pm and night check in was ok , didn’t give us much info on hotel, wifi etc although the night staff gent was kind to give us some milk (pasteurised) so we could have a cup of tea. We were on the 5th floor, room 518 which was a sort of sea room, although sea/pool facing rooms were far better and what I would call a sea facing room. Our room was east facing. Our room had a double bed, single bed and a little futon which when turned down could be another bed suitable for a child, although the room to move around would be really tight. The room wasn’t overtly big to begin with to be honest. The balcony was an ok size although there was some building work going on to the side of the hotel in the distance, not a lot of noise. The room was equipped with a kettle and hairdryer and mini fridge. If you wanted to use the safe, it’s €3 per day. Shower was a good size, although water pressure was rubbish. Small TV on wall had only 1 British channel in the eve , the rest was German and other languages, no smart channels you could log into. Not a lot of hanging space for clothes but they did have a 3 prong plugs everywhere so you didn’t have to worry about adapters. It was cleaned to a good standard. You have to put your toilet paper in bins and not down the loo which I didn’t like at all especially in the heat. We had some issues with balcony doors not closing and some lights in the room having blown out and maintenance sorted it out within, I kid you not, within 3 mins. Unfortunately, the balcony door was still faulty when we left. Breakfast was fine, loads of seats and plenty to eat to suit all tastes. Pool wasn’t big, but there was plenty of sun beds and you were literally opposite the sea. Loads of kids when we were here dive bombing and making lots of noise which was irritating. Pool bar and restaurant was ok to be fair and moderately priced. Most staff were very polite and helpful apart from Christalla on reception who was quite rude to us when we enquired about extending our stay, it’s the first time ever that a hotel has never tried to help as we had a late flight home and also when we tried organising a taxi home for my 90 yr old mother last night, I was told to wait in reception and I tried to explain that my mother was at the top which fell on deaf ears. We ended up having to use the gyms shower cubicle which actually is on a timed light so halfway through my shower I was left in complete darkness and had to scramble trying to find the sink to wave to get the light to come back on. Secondly I was concerned that when I asked for the key for the holding room for luggage I was told by the man who was on duty with Christalla on the day we were leaving that they don’t lock the luggage door

We've had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived (with 3 small children) we were perfectly hosted. The hotel is clean and new, located right on the beach, divided into a kids area with a children's pool and water slides, a small playground Lovely kids' club and games on the beach and of course an adults area. The kids’ club runs every day until 19:00pm with games for all ages. Stephanie, Felicia and Anthi are adorable! they played with my two years old daughter for hours!!! (Thank you so much for your love.) The hotel staff is very professional ,always with a smile and a desire to help. They cleaned our room twice a day and always put chocolates on the table for the kids and bottles of water. Breakfast is excellent!!! The food is fresh, varied and rich We will definitely come back again, the kids had a great time and so did we There are a few things that can be improved to make the experience perfect: The rooms are too small, they are clean and new, but a bit cramped The lighting in the room is problematic It is not possible to leave a small light, all lighting is controlled by one switch In the restaurant (kalypso) the children's meals were delicious, but the adults' meals need improvement

We recently stayed in the St Raphael resort, Limassol. What a delightful experience, staff were extremely polite and friendly. Breakfast had plenty to start the day, included vegan, vegetarian options as well as everything you needed with a cooked breakfast. If you found something missing you only had to ask. The dinner buffet food was amazing with plenty of choice, all cooked to a very high standard. The new Chef excelled. The bedroom was well appointed with soft fluffy towels and a good selection of toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable. The gardens are well maintained with sun beds scattered around to relax in the shade of trees. Or if you prefer sit by the pool where the pool bar was operating a good selection of drinks. Great walks to be had along the shoreline.

Bilik-bilik sudah kelihatan letih dan meminta pengubahsuaian. Pembinaan juga telah bermula betul-betul di sebelah hotel - bunyi bising dan habuk di dalam bilik yang menghadap ke laut. Sekarang ia adalah pemandangan tapak pembinaan.

Die Frau beim Check-out war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Badezimmer war sehr sehr alt. Sonst muss man sagen zeigte sich das Hotel von einer guten Seite. Die Betten waren modern und der Kühlschrank funktionierte sehr gut! Außenanlage und Frühstücksraum wirkten sehr modern. Außerdem hatte das Hotel eine Klimaanlage. Laut Buchungsinformationen sollte es keine Klimaanlage geben.

This is a first class hotel been here over 40times our second home !, a very big thank you to everyone so grateful for help as I had broken my hip before returning , it was lovely having our families with us as usual , All Restaurants oare Fabulous, but we tried the new Italian out of this world !!i! Such an experience , The new hall ways amazing , never have had a problem , so so many staff to mention they know who they are !! Great holiday , See you all in September can’t wait love you all Jimboe 23 Janet and !im xx

It is a hotel that provides you a perfect relaxed atmosphere. Kind and professional staff, amazing rooms, hi tech in the rooms, pools, gym, restaurants and bars great. Every hotel and every international brand has cons and pos. The only thing i can say for parklane Cyprus is that made our holidays really special. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, agak mahal tetapi secara keseluruhan kami mempunyai pengalaman yang indah. Hilang beberapa mata atas beberapa kelewatan yang kami hadapi. Baik daripada perkhidmatan bilik dan pasukan. Pengurus utama menghadiahkan kami sejambak yang indah dan membuatkan kami berasa hangat. Pengurus di Locatelli, Mario, pasukannya dan Ketua memberi kami pengalaman terbaik yang pernah ada!!! Kami telah kembali beberapa kali untuk makan di sana dan mereka menjaga kami setiap kali. Menyediakan makanan vegan/vegetarian yang menakjubkan dan Apu, pelayan kami, memastikan semuanya hebat. Kemudahan spa adalah unik, kami menikmati semua kawasan dan kolam garam tetapi urutannya begitu-begitu, untuk harga yang kami bayar. Kawasan sarapan sangat bising, pelayan bertengkar dan sangat bising. Letupan muzik yang berterusan di merata tempat juga tidak sejajar dengan ketenangan yang ingin dicipta oleh tempat ini. Kami berada di tingkat atas dan kami masih boleh mendengar muzik kolam sehingga lewat waktu. Kami pasti akan kembali ke Locatelli. Setakat tinggal di sana..kita boleh cuba lagi.

Мне нравиться этот отель. Чистый, с хорошим персоналом. Спасибо большое девушкам на стойке регистрации, я приехала на 4 дня, но осталась на 10. Все вопросы решали оперативно и качественно. На завтраке вы найдете все что вам нужно. Вкусно и свежие продукты. Обязательно вернусь еще раз

We were staying just down the road from The Library Hotel however decided to pop in for a drink one afternoon. We were unhappy with the accommodation that we were staying in elsewhere in the Village and potentially looking to move. We were made most welcome by Kalliopi (hope I have that right). We had a drink and played cards awhile. The hotel was peaceful and calm and relaxing. We took a little look around. We decided to book a meal for that evening. We were told that it was a set 3 course menu at €19. The food was extremely good. Simple, but good quality and well cooked. Would have no hesitation about booking this Hotel if we were in the area again. Oh....and it transpired that another member of staff (Ariadne) had helped us in finding our accommodation earlier that week
