Hotel berhampiran Vecchia Chiesa di San Giorgio, Limbiate

The only positive aspect of the hotel was its convenient location and the availability of a free parking spot. However, it failed to live up to its price tag and its supposed 4-star rating. I also felt that the hotel displayed a somewhat greedy approach to pricing. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during the booking process by reserving the room for only two adults instead of including our 4-year-old child. Curiously, I discovered on the hotel's website that this oversight didn't affect the price. I contacted the hotel three times to rectify the error, but each time I received a different response. Initially, they claimed they could update the booking at no extra cost. Then, they mentioned an additional charge of €15 per night to make the necessary adjustments. However, when I followed up with an email, they suddenly demanded €30 per night for a correction that should have been complimentary. This behavior came across as both greedy and unhelpful. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, it was far from impressive. Each day, the options were limited to a monotonous offering of eggs and ham. It certainly did not justify the cost. Additionally, the room itself appeared worn and damaged, as evidenced by the attached pictures. I am genuinely perplexed as to how this hotel managed to attain a 4-star rating. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its lackluster service, questionable pricing practices, and underwhelming breakfast selection. The condition of the room further diminishes its credibility as a 4-star establishment.

Dopo una breve ricerca in internet e dopo aver contattato la reception decidiamo di prenotare in questo bel Hotel in zona comoda ai raccordi autostradali in zona tranquilla e immerso nel verde. Alla prenotazione abbiamo segnalato che saremo arrivati dopo le 23. Ci hanno aspettato accompagnati al parcheggio privato e prima di andare in camera ci hanno offerto una bevanda poiché eravamo assetati. Cortesia attenzione al cliente di grande importanza quando si arriva in un luogo che non conosci. Camera pulita, tranquilla, con ogni confort, ottima colazione. Da tenere presente e ritornare nei nostri prossimi viaggi. Grazie di tutto Laura e Raffaele Torino

Ho soggiornato con moglie e figlio sedicenne Mi è piaciuta la gestione, l'attenzione alle aspettative del cliente Arriviamo alla reception e c'è Jean, carino e professionale, che ci spiega tutto Minibar in camera compreso nel prezzo (mai visto prima) WiFi gratuito in tutte le stanze Camera funzionale, pulita e moderna (peccato ci fossero 3 letti singoli e non un singolo e un matrimoniale, ma forse è perché non l'ho chiesto in fase di prenotazione e in hotel non sono veggenti) Ciabattine, vari prodotti da bagno, grande doccia moderna Colazione a buffet molto varia inclusa Parcheggio coperto incluso (in inverno non ti trovi i vetri brinati al mattino) Carino il laghetto di fronte all'hotel Posizione un po' defilata, se non hai la macchina si è un po' isolati, ma lo si vede in fase di prenotazione perciò lo si sa prima di prenotare Assolutamente consigliato

Hotel is very poor in service & quality Rooms were dirty & very basic. No bar or lounge area to sit , just the very basic breakfast area Location is in nowhere's land , and taxi always required Price is outrageous for this type of hotel, and they took advantage of the ITMA event to charge 350€ per night.. but at this price, I would expect a different level of service & quality. Breakfast was also very poor , always same and not much choices Finally, I was staying in the room for disabled people. Could not take a long shower, as the bathroom was flooding in no time and water even floaded into the room. Due to location and no good accommodities to stay in hotel, you were obliged to always take taxi to Milan , which was also very expensive, hence better staying in the center of Milan and taking train/subway instead.

J’y était du 14 au 20 Février 2023, et depuis mon arrivée jusqu’à mon départ j’ai reçu un service d’extrême excellence. Emplacement facile d’accès aux différentes artères, service impeccable, propreté parfaite, petit déjeuner riche et varié, et un personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Un grand Merci à Mme Sylvia à la réception, qui m’a proposé de faire le circuit Bergamo, Lecco, et Como, que j’ai Vraiment apprécié. Je compte y retourner avec ma famille, et ça sera définitivement au même hôtel. En aucun moment, je ne me suis senti étranger ou seul dans la sympathie et la générosité de l’ensemble du staff qui a vraiment veillé sur mon confort. Je suis rentré maintenant au Canada et je ne garde que des échos positifs sur mon hébergement au Holiday Inn Zara Nord. Merci pour le beau séjour

A stopover from Bergamo airport, this was easy to find and a good choice. The staff (Anna) was very good and helped us (me) with the elaborate and technical electrics in the room. The room is spacious and facilities are good. Parking underground was safe and inexpensive. Breakfast as vast and delicious. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura, camera molto spaziosa, struttura ristrutturata da poco, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. La sera abbiamo cenato presso la trattoria, ed oltre ad una rara gentilezza abbiamo trovato dei piatti davvero ottimi! Voto eccellente solo perché non posso dare di più 😉

Ottimo hotel la stanza e il bagno dalle giuste dimensioni, pulito , si sta molto tranquilli, il personale è molto amichevole in particolare vorrei ringraziare Teodoro che è davvero una brava persona.

Hotel ideale per piccoli e lunghi soggiorni. Posizione ideale per chi, come me, è stato in questa struttura per lavorare in zona Milano e provincia: è nei pressi del raccordo autostradale; a pochi metri di distanza è presente anche una palestra, pub, ristorante sushi. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito e molto spazioso. La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco e le camere sono nuovissime, dotate di aria condizionata (regolabile a qualsivoglia temperatura ed intensità) grande scrivania, frigorifero e bagno con doccia. La mia matrimoniale era spaziosa e pulita, sempre illuminata dal sole grazie alle grandi finestre. Ben ricca la colazione, sia dolce che salata. Personale molto gentile; menzione particolare a Domenico della reception: preparato e disponibilissimo, sempre presente e pronto a dare qualunque informazione.
