Je trouve que de devoir payer le petit déjeuner en plus pour le prix de la chambre assez élevée et aussi le fait que le prix en ligne était moins cher et que j’ai dû payer un prix plus cher à mon départ .
Je trouve bien qu’on puisse annuler la réservation jusqu’à un certain temps car parfois les voyageurs ne peuvent pas arrivé à temps à cause du trafic routier ou d’un accident ou bien même pour une raison personnelle . L’équipe reste accueillante et disponible, la chambre était assez spacieuse et la literie pas mal du tout , la salle de bain très bien avec la douche très spacieuse et agréable . Propreté rien à redire juste peut être ajouter un parfum d’ambiance car ça sentait le renfermé à notre arrivée !

Accueil vraiment bien , la chambre était propre , on peut juste regretter de ne pas avoir une prise de chaque côté des chevets , ce qui est un peu dommage .
Système de chasse d'eau bizarre , on a pas compris.
Niveau isolation pas au top , porte qui claque , lit qui bouge , et chasse d'eau seront les bruits que vous entendrez depuis votre chambre ...
Sinon on a bien dormi , une mention spéciale au jeune veilleur de nuit qui nous a fait le check out , très charmant et souriant , un vrai plus .
Pour manger on vous recommande de traverser la route afin de vous rendre à la diligence personnel sympa ....
Pour le taxi ne prenez pas via l'hôtel a notre arrivée on nous annonce 40€ si on veut un taxi , de nous même ce fut 28€60 ! Direction l'aéroport .

Personnels très gentil, aimable. Bonne literie et linge. Chambre et espace commun très propre. Je recommande vivement. Petit déjeuner délicieux, beaucoup de choix. Et dîner délicieux. Une très bonne soupe de potiron.

Nous cherchions un hôtel pour une nuit sur Strasbourg mais tout était complet. Puis je suis tombé sur cet hôtel sur Booking. J'ai cherché le n° de téléphone sur internet et j'ai appelé. Je suis tombé sur une personne charmante qui m'a donné tous les renseignements dont j'avais besoin, et j'ai réservé une chambre. Arrivé à l'hôtel, parking gratuit, nous avons prit possession de notre chambre et nous avons demandé s'il était possible de se rendre à Strasbourg avec une navette (proximité aéroport). On nous a dit qu'à 5 ou 6 km de là il y avait un tramway pour aller dans le centre ville au prix record de 4€20 pour 2 personnes aller retour et parking compris. Cet hôtel est super très calme, grande chambre, petit déjeuner super et très varié et rapport qualité prix excellent. Je recommande fortement, dans certains hôtels en centre ville prix parking exorbitant en parking public. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

Reservation faite par internet pour nos vacances....Le sud venant visiter le nord 😉!! La situation de l hotel est ideale pour ses accès directs autoroute, proche commerces et restaurants. Rien à dire sur l hôtel, bon rapport qualité/prix. Juste rappeler à l utilisateur qu'il faut avant tout RESPECTER certaines consignes/règles..... Bref !! Nous tenons à remercier François pour son accueil, sa bonne humeur et sa sympathie. Nous avons passer un très bon et agréable séjour.

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel and property, and the staff are excellent! A couple of constructive (negative) comments are as follows: there are no screens on the windows, so the bugs flew inside our room. We noticed this is a traditional in France, but this is a Hotel. As for the TV, there was only one (1) English-speaking station (BBC), which had poor reception. For a 5-star Hotel, there should have been more TV available. Lastly, the maid or cleaning staff did not clean the tube during our stay, which was numerous nights.
