王家別院是此次山西之行最滿意的一次，沒有之一。民宿是新裝修的，無異味。裝修風格獨特，設施時尚（智能馬桶和浴鏡）理念比較前衞，用品齊全（除了常備用品，還有一次性毛巾浴巾，一次性馬桶套等）床墊枕頭被子都很衞生舒適，體驗感超棒！服務更是無可挑剔，美女到高鐵站接站，接送我們去王家大院；臨走時還送我們去吃早餐然後送到高鐵站，簡直是太貼心了，讓人誤以為是在訪友，温暖備至。之前不總住民宿，但這次刷新了我對民宿的認知，真不知道民宿現在都卷的這麼厲害了，哈哈。

酒店位於景區的入口處，酒店對面是網紅餐廳，吃飯逛景區都方便，酒店前台接待人員和藹親切，看我們歲數大，便將房間升級調到了一層（酒店沒有電梯），非常暖心，酒店注重人性化，細節方方面面做得很到位，房間裏為客人準備了小零食，冰箱裏面有免費的飲料，還有歡迎茶，營養早餐簡單了一些，乾的多、稀的少，如果在乾燥的冬季，再加上一碗湯麪就完美了。今天是聖誕平安夜，酒店送了一份伴手禮（蘋果），好開心哦，謝謝文璟酒店員工細心周到的服務。
